Paul couldn't have done more to assist me with the purchase of a luxury car from Autocars. Never write reviews but this needed to be done............. Took my daughter to mcdonald's for lunch and saw Autocars opposite, went to have a look for a new car which we needed but dreaded the thought of trawling around the forecourts having salesmen following me selling me all sorts that wasn't suitable. The guys here were amazing, we dealt with Paul and Gary they were down to earth and they knew there stuff, there was no pressure at all. Within 24 hours I'd test drove the car and bought it, it had had a valet and looked brand new. Great service and fantastic knowledgable staff.

Very friendly and helpful people, very easy to deal with. In my opinion the best judge of a dealer is how they deal with things when things go wrong. When things didn't go to plan they could not be more helpful, they went out of their way to get things sorted for me. I would recommend Autocars to anyone, I would certainly buy another car from them.

No doubt when you're buying and part exchanging a car you want to feel confident and comfortable from the experience and thanks to the service we received from Paul, Carl and the team this is what we got (even got a proper test drive). Only had our used Mini Clubman a few hours, but it all seems good so far; and even if there was a hiccup anytime soon and the guys would want to help rather than risk their good name. My first experience of Autocars was excellent. The car was described to me in detail by Paul and I reserved the car over the phone, as I live near London. When I arrived the car was exactly as described, its preparation was outstanding and the service received was better than I have received from main dealers. I would happily recommend Paul and Karl and the team to any potential buyers, the car drove perfectly on the drive back to London and the service was excellent. I will certainly be talking to the team at Autocars when I next look to buy a car. First class service - Highly recommended.

Bought my partner a 2nd car from autocars last weekend the service we received was great karl who we dealt with was a lovely bloke i even asked him about a mark on my own car and he gave me some stuff to use to get the mark off. Will defiantly using again. Thank you again

Easiest car purchase I've ever made. No pushy salesperson, no haggling, deal concluded quickly, just great service and the end product was that I drove away in a well presented car with a good warranty on my second visit!
