I had been looking for a specific model for a few months and had a tricky time of it, so I was incredibly pleased to deal with someone who was completely transparent and direct, without being pushy. I can't thank Chris enough for his patience throughout the transaction and for hobbling into work injured to ensure that the deal we agreed was signed, sealed, and delivered with the same personal care and attention I'd experienced ever since first contact (a fortnight before). Every minor query I had was addressed, the car was pristine, there was no hard sell on the warranty or other extras, and I was even brought a decent coffee whilst we did the paperwork. Everyone I interacted with at the showroom was friendly and professional; I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend AutoChoice.

Honestly worth the 2 hour trip - the service from the start was exceptional. The details of the videos provided, the “no problem” approach to any questions or requests was brilliant. The service received on the day of collecting the vehicle was just so refreshing to not be in a pushy showroom just trying to get the deal. These guys actually care and it shows! Would not recommend. At first it seemed like a great experience, even offered free delivery to my home address. Unfortunately, when they said they would send a “warts and all” video, they hid all the warts!! The car arrived with a small dent above the back wheel arch. Scrapped paint off one of the door edges. Missing pedal covers White spore mould going on the boot panel. No spare tyre or inflation kit. Peanuts all over the place, and a giant hole hidden under the drivers mat! They had to have been aware as the exposed polystyrene had been spray pained black (poorly) and even a juice bottle lid stuffed in. I have tried to call multiple times, emailed and left messages for Luke. No interest!

I recently purchased a new car from auto choice supermarket. Luke provided great service and professionalism throughout. They offered a great part exchange price on my car. No pushy sales pitch all information was provided. I love my new car and would return again. Highly recommend

Once this company have your money, they really don’t care, we got good service at the point of sale but from then were on our own - when faults were identified within a few hours of collecting the car they just did not want to know. Emails were not answered and several weeks on we have all but given up and will be resorting to small claims court

Luke was friendly, helpful and incredibly easy to communicate with. He made picking up a car so easy , from selecting to physically going and getting it. We had travelled from Newcastle to Blackburn, he had arranged transport and personally came to pick us up which was nice touch, Such a great salesman.
