Autocraft are very good and I will use them again if needed. I am really happy with the repair they did to my Polestar, I can't fault the work at all. Without a shadow of a doubt it will be five stars for the experience I had with them.

I was stunned by the work carried out on my Volvo by the gents down at the garage at Autocraft Shrewsbury. This is a very good service that I come to monthly to keep my car in tip top condition so in that case you will see me again next month! I always recommend this garage to people that ask me where I get my car tidied up or I always name drop you guys when somebody asks me how my car is in such good nick, I tell them its all down to you guys doing such a great job! This is my second time using Autocraft and on both encounters the service was fantastic. I dealt with a young lad, I think his name was Jake and a lady who were both very nice, polite and helpful. The car was ready when they said it would be, there was no back and forth or chasing. My Focus came back to me very clean and looking much better than when it went in. Autocraft will always have my recommendations, they can't be beat.

Autocraft were just what we had been looking for! Having not had any bumps before over the years we didn't have that 'go to place' I remembered a close friend mentioning Autocraft to me and he seemed happy so we thought lets give them a go! The decision definitely paid off, we are very pleased with the outcome of the work to the Mazda and the team were brilliant during so.

I had heard only good reports about Autocraft so when my Mazda was in need of some repairs I knew it would be my first port of call. When I arrived I had a good discussion about what needed to be done with a team member, I believe his name was Jake, he was very courteous and listened to me and answered all my questions. The work carried out to my Mazda was excellent and I have found no snags!

I was absolutely gutted to have incurred damage to my Land Rover, the door was looking like it had seen better days for sure!
