I am a very happy customer of Autocraft, the repair on my Jaguar is first class. All the staff at Autocraft are pleasant to deal with and they were highly informative regarding what would be done to the car and how long it would take. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, no haggling or surprises.

The Autocraft team are wizards! They have made a very nice job of the bumper on my Merc. The time frame it was completed in was more than satisfactory and it was done for a great price! The customer care I was shown by the team was lovely. Right down to the admin side of things I have no complaints.

I shopped around for a good quote for the work needing to be done to my Focus and Autocraft were the most competitive and came across as the most trustworthy. The bumper on my focus is like new, you would never know anything had happened. After a good inspection I could tell they had done a high quality job for me, if ever I need work done again (touch wood I wont) I will be heading in Autcraft's direction.

All is well with my Volvo since it received some TLC at Autocraft. The work was carried out in August and I decided to wait a little while before I left to review to check that the work held up. I a happy to say that it is absolutely solid, the car is in great condition.

Totally happy with everything with Autocraft Express, I was kept updated and the staff were ever so polite and friendly, very nice people to deal with in a stressful time. My VW ID3 looks untouched since they have repaired it for me. If I ever needed anymore work doing or a friend or family member did, I would recommend Autocraft without doubt.

The guys down here have done a great job its absolutely spot on what they've done. I had the bumper repaired on my Vauxhall Combo and I cant fault it. They were really easy to deal with and updated me as regularly as they could. I used Autocraft years and years ago on a different vehicle so when I needed work this time it was the first place I came too.

Following an annoying incident where a minibus reversed into the back of my Peugeot Station Wagon, I took it to Autocraft Shrewsbury for an estimate and when the insurance details were sorted out for repair. Thanks to Autocraft Express my Mercedes SLK is back to its full health. After a bump to the front bumper and wing I was desperate to get it repaired as quick as I could.
