By far the best out there for car repairs, neverminded the standard of the work, the place is absolutely bob on! To start with, a decent cup of tea, a clean toilet and somewhere comfortable to sit and wait, tis the full works!. What more could u want? haha! The lads were spot on, they even helped me get the courtesy car and this had nothing to do with them but they fought my corner and a courtesy car I got! The process was rapido, they literally did everything they said, everything was done when they said it would be, they followed through with everything to a top standard. A funny story really... whilst waiting for my car to be fixed my parents- you know getting on abit now, cant really drive that well, refuse to wear their glasses on the road - the rebels. Well, they drove into someone and bashed the front of the car, after taping the car back together I then told them to chill out abit and take it a bit easier on them roads. They then...wait for it... just to top it off, whilst waiting to be booked in for the first bash, they reversed into something else and smashed the back end of the car up too😑I literally thought to my self blo*dy hell, really? They just need to do the sides in now and its a brand new car they will be needing hahaha. Luckily for us all, both cars came out looking top tip, fresh out of the factory, which was a miracle really considering!. These guys are gold, absolutely top of the draw, it seems they really can fix anything!

I can not tell you just how lovely the lads here are. Every time I called they picked up the phone and each and every time they were lovely, chatting to them was just fantastic, I cant fault! From the start of the process to the end they kept me in the loop of where my car was up to and how everything was coming along which I did really like! I could see down at Autocraft that it was busy and there were a lot of cars in, but the guys do the most to make customers happy and they succeeded with me! My car (Honda Civic) was a mess, it was the drivers back door that got smashed in and the side bumper and these guys did such an amazing job on repairing it and making it look just like it did before the accident! I cant thank you enough. Thank you thank you thank youuu!

My car was in a bad way, thanks to these guys its no longer looking like a smashed up write off and is now looking fresh out of the factory again! It took some time to get the car fixed but trust me, it was worth the wait and it was most definitely needed! I would use again without a doubt, not that I hope I need to use you again anytime soon but if I need a repair you know ill be on my way to Autocraft!

Very happy with my squeaky new right front door, the job couldn't of been better! Very quick and always kept in the loop. Over all very impressed.

I was pleased that chap down at the repair center were so welcoming and kind, this made my experience a nice, easy and straightforward. The work done was spot on, the wing is good as new. Taking my Mazda to Autocraft was the best decision I have made, I was highly satisfied with the left rear wheel that was fixed. It didn't take these gentlemen long at all to get my car back to its full potential. I found the staff at the garage to be understanding and kind which was refreshing to see. These guys know what their doing and are very good at their job to say the least!!👍

I had some repairs done on my Mini down at Autocarft in Talford and I couldn't of been happier with the way it came back to me. It looked perfect again. No more marks on my right rear door thanks to these brilliant guys and their marvelous work. Its so rare to see staff that want to do the best for the customer and not the money. The level of customer service around the garage was well and truly perfect and I felt like I could of approached these guys with any sort or question or query. I can't pass on my recommendations enough! I know if I ever have a little mark, bump, scratch or need any sort of repair doing I will be on the way to these guys so they can work their magic once again!
