I went down to AutoCraft in Telford for a repair on my bumper, from the moment I dropped my car off the communication was spot on, they kept me up to date with each stage of the process and it was completed in a timely manner. I found everyone I spoke to friendly, welcoming and helpful. If I even need any cosmetic work in the future I will be on my way back to Autocraft without a doubt!

I am blown away by what Autocraft were able to achieve! After my A4 incurred some damage to the drivers side door I wasn't really sure who to trust put it right. After doing some research I found Auocraft to come highly recommended so took a chance and went with them and I am so glad I did! Everything went incredibly smoothly and the car was ready on time. Top marks across the board!

From a customers perspective it is a very simple and straightforward process with Autocraft. When I dropped my car off everything was explained clearly and when I picked the Focus up I was so impressed with how well the car was looking. I can't see a single fault with the repair.

In 1981, brothers Robert and Colin Fielding founded Autocraft with £3000.00 in a 2000sq ft unit in St Georges, Telford. The first vehicles they repaired were a Triumph Dolomite and an Austin Marina van.
Although founded by Robert, In the early 1990’s, Roberts son’s, Darren and Matthew joined Autocraft and the business continued to flourish.
By 2010, a new site at Hortonwood, Telford was identified. Plans were drawn up for the layout of an exciting new repair facility and in 2011 the business was relocated.
The modern Autocraft Telford is now the premier accident repair facility in Shropshire and the business continues to strengthen its position in the UK Accident Repair Industry with over 20 manufacturer approvals.
