Overall happy with Autocraft. unfortunately the repair to our Qashqai did take a little longer than forecast due to delayed parts but this was due to no fault of Autocraft and they were fantastic at keeping me informed on the status of the situation so I never had to chase. Once the part arrived the work was completed quickly and to a good standard.

Autocraft are PERFECT to be honest with you. I am made up with the quality of the job they did on my Ibiza, the car looks mint again 👌 The car came back to be clean and tidy too! A lovely surprise upon collection.

The work on my A4 is very good, you cannot spot the repair what so ever! They estimated a week for the work to be completed and that's what it took so you can't say fairer than that! The hand over was great and the customer service in general was perfect. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I are blown away by the customer service at Autocraft, they should all give themselves a pat on the back. Any time my husband rang up they were extremely polite, courteous and understanding of our position. Our enquiries were handled well and everything was explained clearly. The work they completed to our Qashqai is absolutely fantastic, we are so pleased. Thank you very much Autocraft.

While my Hyundai was in for work I was kept in the loop throughout. The car was ready when they told me it would be and the repairs are brilliant. The staff at Autocraft are all friendly to deal with, if I was in need I would use them again.

In 1981, brothers Robert and Colin Fielding founded Autocraft with £3000.00 in a 2000sq ft unit in St Georges, Telford. The first vehicles they repaired were a Triumph Dolomite and an Austin Marina van.
Although founded by Robert, In the early 1990’s, Roberts son’s, Darren and Matthew joined Autocraft and the business continued to flourish.
By 2010, a new site at Hortonwood, Telford was identified. Plans were drawn up for the layout of an exciting new repair facility and in 2011 the business was relocated.
The modern Autocraft Telford is now the premier accident repair facility in Shropshire and the business continues to strengthen its position in the UK Accident Repair Industry with over 20 manufacturer approvals.
