When my Audi went in for repair work at Autocraft the customer service I received was excellent and I was kept well informed throughout. Upon collection of my Audi I was blown away by how well it looked, I don't what exactly I was thinking it would look like but it was undoubtably better than I expected. I have already recommended to friends and family!

There is nothing Autocraft could have done to improve my experience, the work carried out on my BMW (to the front and the back) is perfect! Customer service wise that was great too, I would have no hesitations returning here if the need ever did arise.

I highly recommend Autocraft Telford if you need body repair work doing to your car. I am very pleased with my Vauxhall Mokka now its been fixed up, after a smash to my car I needed the front bumper, front wing and front wheel repaired. I found this garage with a very good reputation and got booked in right away. They have done a fantastic job for a fantastic price. More than happy passing on my recommendations to others.

I have never used Autocraft before but I was very impressed with them when they fixed up our Qashqai. My wife and I are more than happy with the bumper repair its as good as new again. I was updated throughout and the repair process and they even provided a hire car whilst ours was been repaired, the customer service is remarkable.

My Ford Fiesta has come back looking like a brand new car, they have done a marvellous job, absolutely brilliant. The last time somebody hit our old car we come to Autocraft for the repair and was very very pleased, hence why we will always come back here. I found the staff helpful and informative at Autocraft Telford, I was booked in promptly and my car was repaired quicker than expected. When I took my Discovery Sport to Autocraft I needed correction work on the rear door and the tailgate trim, it was all carried out and the standard of correction is extremely high, I'm very pleased. I took my Ford Kuga down to Autocraft for some repair work to be carried out on one of the doors and the rear bumper. Upon collecting the car it looked fantastic, the work has been carried out to a high standard, so much so you can't even tell the damage was there. I have already given Autocraft my feedback on the repair and the customer care and I stated the customer service side of things was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend.

The staff at Autocraft are really nice and from the point of view from a customer the process was really easy. I dropped my golf off, the work was done and they called me when it was time to come and get it. Simple! It is a no brainer that I visit Autocraft again if the need arose.
