Travelled forty-odd miles to look at a car that was for sale at Autohouse Bedfordshire, having made an appointment the day before. When I arrived, I thought I was in the wrong place - no show room! After phoning twice, I managed to gain entry to the completely anonymous concrete building resembling a nuclear bunker. The advert had boasted that I could see the car in the "all-indoor showroom", elsewhere described as a "well-lit warehouse" - warehouse was about right, but the car turned out to be in a dark basement, completely hemmed in by other cars. None of the cars was priced, there was no information or signage anywhere, giving the whole place a very unprofessional and I've got to say, somewhat sinister feel. The (very) young man I spoke to, in t-shirt and leather jacket, seemed to be on his own, was clearly not expecting me and seemed to have little interest in selling the car. He had no information about the vehicle and of course it was impossible for me to get the car out to test drive it. So it turned out to be a complete waste of time and petrol.
I bought a car few weeks back from Autohouse Bedfordshire. It was lacking recent service history, but they said recent service was done showing me some paper for it. After few days, going through paperwork again I realised that this service paperwork was not an invoice, but nicely prepared estimation for the service. I had to do full service on my own straight after as God knows when it was done last time. I only hope that this car after required repairs/maintenance (2 tyres, all brakes in full, front grill, end rods, heated side mirror, dented alloy, front door handle covers broken, boot plastic side panel attachments broken etc.) which was not mentioned at all, will be running ok for years. If my previous car didn't die a day before, I wouldn't bought from them as I had some concerns and bad feeling about it. It was totally very different experience to what I had with other car sellers.

Great customer service! Bought a Toyota Prius from them and was thoroughly impressed by the sales team and professionalism. All staff was very attentive to my requirements as well as highly knowledgable on all vehicles and what suited my needs. Would recommend them highly !
Really happy with Autohouse. I bought a BMW from here back in June. The car was really clean and just as described and I have had no issues with it what so ever. I traded in a BMW x3 and got a pretty good price for it! all in all I am happy and would recommend this dealership.

I bought a BMW from this dealership in June. The car is very good but I am not happy with the service. The dealers stated that the car has built in Sat Nav when in fact it did not. I would not recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately, I can only add to the negative reviews found on a number of review sites. Arranged a viewing from 180 miles away and phoned twice to confirm. On the day, and some 150 miles into my journey, I received a phone call saying the car had been sold the night before (Sunday) and they had tried to contact me. The latter is simply untrue as no message or record of any call was received on the phone they now called me. The three telephone conversations I had were rushed and abrupt, and left overall a pretty poor impression.
About 2 months ago I bought a Mini Cooper from Autohouse Bedfordshire. The day after I picked up the car, the engine light came on. They diagnosed the fault and agreed to fix it...it was an emissions fault. On the day I collected the car from its repair, my wife was pulled over by the Police due to smoke pouring out of the bottom of the car. The engine light was back on and the temperature gauge was on the red. We had the RAC tow the car back to the garage. The very next day after speaking to trading standards, I asked Autohouse Bedfordshire for my money back, which was my consumer right. I had a very abusive phone call with the manager (1 of 3 people who claim to be the manager!), who swore at me and called me names and told he would neither give me a refund or fix the car. In short, I spent the next 5 weeks speaking with Trading standards, writing letter to Autothouse, and consulting solicitors, going through the stressful process of trying to get my money back. After a lot of untruth from them, they eventually reaslied they were at fault and gave me a refund minus some expenses (I agreed to this only to bring the matter to a close. In reality they should have offered me some expenses.) My advice: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!
Found Autohouse Bedfordshire extremely helpfull, was searching for a 320cd for weeks only to find this garage advertising the exact one I was looking for and in my opinion the best colour gunmetal grey, Being from Ireland and purchasing a car I had not seen or driven was a new experience for me and on calling the garage I was speaking to the salesman who talked me through the vehicle spec, he even gave me a tour of the vehicle on face-time which really made my decision easy. the inside and outside of the car were immaculate, full leather msport 320cd in the colour I wanted. he made the experience easy and I knew this was the car for me. the car was as described perfectly and they even gave me the comfort of a gold cover warranty which I did not even use as the car was immaculate, they organised delivery for me and had the car over to me within the week as if it just came out of the showroom, even had that new car leather smell in it. for me this experience went very well and if importing a car again I will be checking their stock. good garage to deal with and will return if purchasing in the uk again
I wish I had never bought a car from these people. One of them told me the oil was 'black' because it was a diesel car. £75 for an oil/filter change. Needed two new rear tyres because the ones on the vehicle were illegal according to the garage. £178.Needed a new wheel bearing on the rear drivers side. £148 plus fitting. Rear parking camera doesn't work at all. Their reply was "It wasn't advertised with a reversing camera". SD card in entertainment system doesn't work either. I was told that the second key would be posted to me at home-guess what, it never arrived. The new V5C (Log book) hasn't turned up either, so now I have to get on to DVLA. Very very disappointing service.
