Warranty is with a third party warranty company (Gem) and not worth the paper its written on. We had a water pump fail on my partners Citroen C1 which was recently purchased from AutoHub and when informed they didn't want to know. Wasn't covered under the warranty (Don't think anything is - 'wear and tear') as it was not covered under engine and gearbox sub section but cooling (yes it's different?!) and AutoHub have not signed for this. Left with quite a repair bill just before christmas, absolute nightmare! Not a reputable Garage im afraid, avoid!

As a mature lady searching for a replacement car after a road accident I was always wary of car dealerships. However, on initial phone contact with Gemma at AutoHub I was pleasantly surprised as she was very informative and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, which gave me the assurance I was looking for. On arrival to collect the car I was looked after by Tom who was extremely professional and efficient and totally understood my concerns. I purchased a Nissan X-Trail which was exactly as described and all that I had hoped for. Therefore, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you AutoHub!

I believe this to be total and utter rubbish. Based on my experience there is no way they could be described as professional.
I've bought a Honda CR-V from Autohub and my advice is don't don't buy from them. Five days of ownership and fuel all over the floor, phoned them only to be told we will get back to you. Finally got someone to talk to only to be told engine and gear box under warranty for 3 months (some how just don't believe them) so I'm booking it in (to a proper garage) and crossing my fingers. Don't be desperate buy somewhere else. These guys are bad news, I think it's we buy any car flip side. Be careful.
I bought my partner a used car. I'm now sorry that I did the car is totally unfit to be on the road, the warranty given by gem is not even worth the second rate piece off paper its written on! I have just had to fork out on new rear brake discs and pads 1 new caliper , 2 new fuel injectors a new egr valve a new inlet manifold, 3 new engine mounts and all off which cost £1500 pounds on top off the £2800 that I paid for the car I have been told that it had been bodged up to sell and wasn't safe to be on the road!!! when I approached the rather smug and unhelpful manager tom for a refund on the car that I had owned for 6 weeks he suggested that I should do one and hung the phone up on me! please do not waste your time or money.
I bought my sons first car from Autohub in Ware. Overall I had a very pleasant experience, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I would use them again - 5/5 thank you !
I purchased a Volvo V50 from Autohub, Ware, on the 11/10/15 and two days later I had to complain because the engine lost power, two tyres turned out defective and illegal, AC doesn't work. A week later the battery went flat, Green Flag had to come to my rescue, Anti-Skid needs service. Having taken it back for the issues to be resolved, I am still waiting 15 days now gone and still no resolution. I should have had a professional like the AA or Green Flag to properly assess the car before shelling out hard earned cash to buy it.I am not satisfied with the Customer satisfaction and after-sales service I have received. Disappointed, OG
