We love the Mercedes, it's brilliant. We had a Q7 before but wasn’t a massive fan so we searched for the GLE’s and we found one at Autolab UK. It’s the best garage I’ve been to in terms of look and feel. Quick hand over but they rang me the next day to see how everything was and if I had any questions. Zed was really good, we would definitely go to them again.

We always wanted a Defender and went to Autolab UK on a recommendation from a friend. This was the best experience of buying a used car that we have had from start to finish. The owner greeted us when we got there, really relaxed. He took us around a couple of cars, no pressure. There was a delay in us completing on the purchase whilst we decided but Autolab UK didn’t pester us once. When we got the car it was ready, no hold ups whatsoever. Superb, I will recommend.

I chose to go to Autolab UK as I found they had quite a low interest rate compared to others and when I got there it was quite impressive in terms of how they made it a simple transaction. The process was really smooth and it felt like it was meant to be because of how easy it was. Everything went through fine. All the staff were really nice and friendly.

I came across the dealership on autotrader, I chose them as I was impressed with the great quality of images and the car was the spec and model I was after. I made a long journey up to the dealership to collect the car and when I arrived it was a simple process. There was no messing about, I got the car and off I went. I have been very pleased with it since purchase no problems at all.

The dealership is very impressive, everything is in organised immaculate condition with some very impressive vehicles. The whole transaction was done within around a hour and a half, it was straightforward and easy. The car I got I've been very pleased with had no issues. I did have to chase up more than once for some documentation which I was disappointed about. However I would still give them a 5 star rating as can't knock them for that.

Everything was as described and pictured as it was online, there was nothing misleading about the advert I had seen. While purchasing there was no pressure on the sale. The car was prepared and ready for when I wanted it. Had no problems at all with the service from Autolab, it was quick and easy. In regards to the Range Rover had no problems with it, all been fine.
