Adam was brilliant, there was no messing about. I phoned about the car on the Sunday and arranged to come and pick it up on the Monday. They were all really helpful and were trying to get the WiFi connect sorted for me even though it was a right headache. It is needed though with having 4 kids as that rear entertainment system just stops them from screaming at each other or us on a long journey. Other than trying to get that sorted though, the car is all good and I am really enjoying it. I have a Range Rover Sport too so adding the Defender just makes journeys with the kids so much easier as we have 2 big cars to bundle them into now so we can be more flexible.

When I saw a Mini Cooper at AutoLab I thought I would try and part-exchange my car for it. I had a price in mind that I wanted for mine and they offered a bit lower than that for the trade but when I told them what I was comfortable spending they knocked the difference off the price of the Mini for me which I thought was really nice of them. It was just a really great experience from the minute I rang to when I took my car away. When I got there I just felt no pressure at all, I took it for a test drive and there was just no rush with it. They are a lovely group of people and they do such a good job. The car is brilliant, I can't fault it in any way, it is immaculate! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
