10 out of 10. Service excellent. Very friendly and amenable.

I was looking for a black edition Touareg as they are just really smart but when I saw the Audi Q8 on Autotrader I soon changed my mind. It was just different to what I had seen and I was drawn in by it. I went down to AutoLab to collect it and it was absolutely sparkling! Adam had got it all ready for me and did such a good job with it so it really stood out. It is such a nice, smooth drive too so I am not disappointed in my choice at all. Sadly, it didn't stay sparkling for long, I think it is due for another polish 😂

I was bored one bank holiday so decided to take the Mrs down to AutoLab UK for a look around. I wasn't really planning on buying anything just thought it would be a fun thing to do. Typically, she fell in love with a Range Rover Sport so I decided to make the day even better and surprised her by buying it for her. She was absolutely over the moon and couldn't wait to go back and collect it a couple of days later. She works from home so only really goes out in it pottering about and for pleasure so I think it just adds that luxury for her. Even though it was a bank holiday and he probably wanted to get home, Adam still gave us that top tier service and didn't rush us in the slightest, he was just great the whole time we were there.

The experience with AutoLab UK is dead on! My Land Rover Defender is flawless. I am very happy with it and can't complain at all. Adam was brilliant and looked after me really well. I bought the car online initially and then went down to collect it but the whole process was no bother and really simple.

I had only been looking for a couple of weeks when I saw an Audi A7 S Line online with AutoLab UK. It looked in lovely condition so I spoke to Adam and bought it there and then and just arranged to go and pick it up. I certainly wasn't disappointed when I got there as it was just spotless. It more than lived up to the pictures I had seen, it was just perfect. You can really tell that they take care of their cars from the condition of them and with me having the sportier model it really stands out and is a lovely motor. Can't fault them at all.

We got my mum's car from Autolab a while back and the guys were great so when it was time for me to get a new car I headed straight there to have a look around. Adam is a really good lad and looked after me really well. I fell in love with a Land Rover Defender so I took it on a test drive around the local area and was sold! I even took it away the same day.

I am getting out in my Defender most days and it is running really well. I had been looking for one for a while when I found this one with Autolab and when I got there it was fair to say the pictures did it justice! I am perfectly happy with the service I received from Adam, he looked after me well!

I have always loved Audis as they are usually good and reliable cars so when I was looking for a new one it was a no brainer to stick with Audi. I wanted to keep the size of my last one as I have got used to having the space and being higher up so the SQ8 was ideal for me and they look amazing. I found one with Autolab and Adam sorted me out and even came in on a bank holiday for me which was really good of him. It is slightly wider than my last car so I am still getting used to it and am paranoid that I will scratch the wheels so I am going soooo careful with it haha! It is a really smooth drive though, smoother than my last one.

I had been looking at getting a Land Rover Defender for a while as they are just really nice looking cars and a decent size. We are a family of 4 and my son has a tendency to kick the seat so we definitely needed a good spacious car. We saw Autolab had quite a few nice ones on their website so we all went down to have a look as a family and try them out. The guys at the dealership made us all feel really welcome and it was just a nice experience overall. I am really, really happy with my Defender although my son is still a pest and manages to kick the seat somehow 🤦‍♂️

Bought my Porsche Taycan GTS last month and it is great! I got a charger fitted at home yesterday and it is running really well from the charge with good range, I can't fault it at all. Adam was great, very welcoming and friendly! I tend to refresh my car every 12 months or so and I will definitely be coming back for my next one! See you next year 😜
