Me and my wife had a look online to see what cars Autolab had in stock, and as we were looking, we found ourselves arranging a day to visit the dealership because we had seen the Mercedes C-Class advertised. When we arrived, the team was always on hand to help, but on this occasion, it was Adam who took care of us. The customer service we received was everything you could ask for. There wouldn't be anything I'd change about my experience; the coffee's were flowing, I had some great chats with the team, and I got a quality everyday car.

My wife and I decided to visit Autolab to view a Land Rover we spotted on AutoTrader. We made sure to schedule our visit on a day when we were both free because it was a decision. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. After explaining which car we were interested in, they provided us with detailed information about it. Following a brief test drive, we were sold! Although my wife has been the main driver, we both equally enjoy it—it's been a fantastic experience overall.

Returning to Autolab for my second car speaks volumes about the quality of service they provide. It's a fantastic company all around. Adam consistently takes excellent care of me during my visits, and I think we have built a good relationship. In my opinion, he is an outstanding representative for the dealership. As a business owner, I cover a lot of mileage daily, and my Defender has been brilliant. I'm planning to reach out to Adam soon, as I'll be in the market for a car for my other half come July.

I never give anyone top marks but to be honest, I wouldn't change anything about my visit because if I was to do it again then I'd want it to go the exact same way. My Audi has been since I purchased it and I'm very happy.

Without a doubt, I would get another car from AutoLab! The customer service was excellent, and I felt in safe hands while I was getting my car. The team even went out of their way to valet the car, which gave me that new car feeling. I've not had my Defender for very long, but for the most part, it's running well.

I didn't have much involvement in the sales process because once I saw the car online, I immediately called the dealership to get some more information. Adam was the gentleman on the other end of the phone who told me everything I needed to know, along with answering all of my questions. Once I was happy with the details of the car, I happily agreed to a quick deal over the phone, and I'd say I received a fair price. I arranged for a low loader to collect the car, and on the same day, it was placed in a shipping container on its way to Uganda. It was a smooth and straightforward process, and I would gladly repeat it.

It was mine and my partners first time visiting this company and we were very impressed with how everything went. We thought the team were super responsive when we had some questions about the Range Rover Vogue that we were interested in. Not once did we feel pressured by anyone, in fact it was us who were putting pressure on Autolab because we were so keen to take it home! We were part exchanging our old Range Rover and I was impressed with the price offered so it was a done deal for me. Big thanks to Autolab.

Everyone did a stellar job at making sure everything went smoothly while I was at the dealership. It was a easy process to be honest because I had a look online and decided what I wanted to view before I made the trip down. When I arrived the Audi was very well presented and the team had all of the right answers to my questions before I committed to the purchase. Since my visit to Autolab I've made a couple of long trips to Wilkshire and the car has been spot on. I would 100% recommend this company to friends and family.

Since I got my car last month, I've not had much chance to drive it because I've been on holiday in Dubai but for the short time that I have driven the car, I've enjoyed what the car has to offer. I was in the market for a specific Audi Q8 for a while, so when I finally found one available at Autolab, I didn't waste any time viewing it. The sales team were really welcoming and allowed me to have a good look around the car within my own time. Once I was ready to ask for some more information, all the staff were readily available to help answer all my questions.

I know the team very well at Autolab because I've purchased cars from here before. It's always a pleasure doing business here because of the no pressure approach that the team takes to make sure you feel comfortable when viewing cars. On this occasion I went for the Audi A7 S-line and I'm very happy that I went with this model.
