We’d been looking around for a few months for something to replace our 22 year old Polo. Called into Autolink on the off chance and found several cars that ticked the boxes. We settled on another Polo. 4 door, 1.2cc with 50,000 miles and at the right price. No hassle selling from Ben. Left to look around at our leisure but when we needed to talk he was there. Test drive was go were you want ( but not the motorway). Lovely clean, comfortable little car. Collected it 3 days later and extremely happy. Will be our first choice when looking for our next car. Beware !!! Having brought a focus estate in January went to collect vehicle car was not cleaned properly with all the door rubbers hanging off ..spare wheel well was full of water.. I told them that i would not be having the car .. I was assured that this was just a minor thing and that the water was where they jet washed the tail gate area..waited while doubled sided tape was applied to rubbers and water dried out .. On getting home noticed that the stop start did not work as long with the interior light.. then when it rained car filled with water !!! Car back to garage for a week … water leak repaired and light seemed to be sorted… one week later car won’t start … back to garage.. this time for 3 weeks new battery fitted and alternator as well as voltage sensor for stop start .. interior light replaced from another focus as this went wrong again…. Car broke down last night with numerous fault codes .. two weeks out of there 3 months warranty.. not bad considering I’ve only driven the car for 2 and a half months as it’s been in there workshop for the other 4 weeks … beware when buying from this garage

After purchasing a car from Auto Link Vehicle Solutions a slight problem was detected after a phone call the Jimny was picked up, problem solved and thoroughly checked over and returned. I have been treated with the upmost courtesy, kindness, and professionalism by everyone I have spoken to both on the phone and directly. After spending many years in sales before I retired I have no hesitation in highly recommending this dealer to all.

I have had no issue at all with my Vauxhall insignia from Autolink vehicle solutions. Its bee a few months now and its been very good. I am having a couple fo issues but they are in the process of being sorted. Autolink were really helpful and friendly and they prepared to the to a very good standard before I collected it! I would recommend.

I had a brilliant experience with Autolink Vehicle Solutions, I had a fault with the window, I told the dealership and the next day I took the car in and it was fixed within minutes. I was very impressed. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. I would certainly recommend using this dealership as everything ran smoothly.

I originally went there looking for a specific car. When I got there and found that that car was not for me, they were quick to help me with finding another car in my price range. They were very helpful and they could answer every question I asked. When I found the car I liked there were a couple things that had to be fixed. I was assured they would be done by the time I picked my car up at the end of the week. When I went to collect the car was perfect. Overall I was very happy with there help and I would recomend them to others.
