Car developed a fault the very day after purchase. Neil consistently lied about the car, the history and required repairs over several weeks. There was a serious fault showing via the engine warning lights. Neils solution was to take out the bulb on the display and tell us the car had been repaired. So not only defrauding us of £5000 but also potentially putting our lives in danger. DO NOT buy a car from this company. They are being investigated by Trading Standards and with any luck there will be criminal proceedings brought against them. We are now in the lengthy process of trying to get our money back from Automagic.

I purchased a car from him & have taken him to court when he wouldn't give money back. case is ongoing i reported him to trading standards back in July 2014. I like to hear from other buyers let down by him.

All the negative views are absolutely spot on. When I asked Neil if I could take a car to my mechanic he said "no - I'm only insured for a 4 miles". I pointed out that Welling was only 3 miles away and he still said no. Horrible person.

Automagic UK is a big warehouse at the back of an industrial estate, cars crammed in tight together so you cant see round them. the ones I could see were quite badly dented. Claims that he never buys cars at auctions or through the trade, only takes PX from existing customers which is clearly rubbish or he would eventuially only have old cars in stock. Lies on his adverts - check autotrader, every single car he claims was traded in by a little old lady for a newer model of the same car! (when there has never been a new model of the same in stock) and that he claims to have supplied the cars to the customer initially when I know people who have traded there and did NOT buy the car from him initially despite his claims litters Autotrader with ads for sold cars and generally appears very dodgy.

I bought a car from Automagic 3 weeks ago. Since then the car has had several problems. The wipers kept coming on of their own accord. The reverse sensors work intermittently which wasn't picked up on when test driving. And now the clutch has gone on it. When I called warranty direct they had no record of my vehicle which they assured me would be registered immediately. The owner Neil is very unhelpful and was not interested in anyour of the problems I was having with his car. I have been told to call back on Monday when they would have organised the warranty direct policy number for me. I personally believe that this is to buy time for them to purchase the warranty because they havnt done so yethat despite having said they would. Please please avoid this dealer as they do not care at all whether or not they rip you off! Also I have now noticed that all adverts sayou they delivered the new car to client and drove this particular car back and it has no moans groans or clocks... or words to that effect. They are rip off merchants! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Thanks for your review Mark. Made me stop to think. Sure enough the ads are all copied and pasted from a script - no relation to the car in question apart from the cars details being changed. All older driver, no cats dogs etc etc. Bullshit. This garage is why the motor trade has a bad name. Glad I avoided a 2 hour drive to see a car, and a potential disaster of a purchase. Cheers. Others thinking of looking here, buyer beware.
