This was my first time purchasing from Automatic Motors. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful, and they were all nice people. Matt helped me with my purchase, and he was just great. I got a Citroën C1. I have had a Citroën 3 in the past, but I was looking for something nice and small—perfect for trips and parking in London, and this car is exactly that. We ended up getting the car delivered, as it wasn't at the dealership when we went to see it because someone was borrowing it, but the delivery was on time. There were more miles on the car than we thought, but I'd still go back and purchase from Automatic Motors again.

I am really pleased with Automatic Motors. I bought a BMW X5, which I use daily for doing Ubers. The car is running perfectly and is lovely to drive. The service I received from the dealership was outstanding. I came to view the car, they gave me the keys to take it for a test drive, and when I came back, we did the paperwork. I paid, and I had the car within an hour. It was as quick and easy as doing a Tesco shop, haha! I have already recommended the dealership to my friends, as they are one of the best; two of them have already been to view cars! The car is also due for an MOT in a few months, which the dealership let me know about and are going to book me in to do this for me, which was a really nice gesture. I couldn’t be more pleased with Automatic Motors.

Very happy with the service received from Automatic Motors Ltd. Ryan and Sam were super friendly and made the whole process quick and efficient. I have no complaints at all. I did have an issue with the car, but they booked it into their workshop and sorted it out for me straight away, and I have since had no problems with it. I would definitely go back to them. 5 stars from me

Noori was very good when I bought my VW Golf from Automatic Motors, all was made very smooth and easy for me. I also part exchanged my BMW and this was really easy. If I saw a car there I liked in there in the future I'd have no qualms buying from them again.

The Ford SMAX I bought has been so far so good, Noori the salesman was really polite and helpful. I would absolutely go back to them as soon as I'm in need of another car.

When I found Automatic Motors online whilst browsing, I found the advert very detailed and when I went to go see the car, there was nothing that was a nasty surprise. Noori was helping me whilst going through the purchase and he was very pleasant to deal with and got everything sorted very quick. I have had the car for around a month now and all is running great with it, I am still awaiting my V5 but this is being looked into - I would say a 5 star experience and I'm very happy.
