I'd 100% recommend Automatic Motors to others. Other than the backlight not working as hoped, but apparently some of the models are like that. I'd give my experience a 4.5-star rating.

I recently bought an Audi A5 from Automatic Motors for a good price and in great condition. Matt showed us around the car, answered any queries and let me and my mate take it for a drive up the road, which I appreciated. All in all, he was very helpful, and based on that, I would consider using them again. full marks

It was a smooth process, I part-exchanged my car. He gave me a pre-estimate and a fair price after inspecting the vehicle. The car I bought had a problem after purchase, I rang them, and they ordered the parts straight away and got the problem solved quickly.

The car has been running well, and my buying experience was all okay. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a higher mark is I had to change 3 of the tyres shortly after purchase. In all fairness, they did cover the cost, although I would have preferred it to be done prior to the purchase.

I would give my experience 5 stars, as when they were cleaning the car, the driver's side window fell through. I left it a few weeks, as I was busy with work, and they got that fixed for me even though it was out of warranty, so it was a good experience overall, I would say.
