My friend had recommended Automatic Motors to me for their professional service, and he wasn't wrong. I went down on the weekend just to have a browse around their showroom and was greeted by super friendly staff. Although they were clearly busy, they couldn't do any more to help. After listening to my requirements, they guided me to a section of cars that all ticked the boxes of what I needed. However, after the test drives, only one remained - their Ford Fiesta just had something else, an X factor. I decided to get the deal done, and since owning the car, I haven't second-guessed my decision. I had been in need of a new car since my last one had decided to give up on me, so I decided to have a look at my local dealership, Automatic Motors. On arrival, I was met by a member of the sales staff who was a genuine pleasure to deal with - very courteous, professional, and really engaged in listening to what kind of car I was looking for. He led me around to a few cars that met my requirements, and I instantly couldn't stop looking back at their Ford Focus. It just stood out - very clean, shiny, and everything I was looking for. The process couldn't have been made easier, and I can't thank the staff enough for giving me that peace of mind and reassurance needed when buying a new car. So, I can confidently say I highly recommend Automatic Motors to anyone who is looking to buy their next car.

From the moment we arrived at Automatic Motors, we were warmly greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They understood the importance of this purchase, as we were buying our grandson his first car. They took the time to listen to our requirements and preferences. My grandson had set his eyes on their Ford Fiesta, which was in pristine condition after a quick test drive, and I knew this was the car for him. I really can't fault my new Mitsubisi Eclipse. I needed to get a more spacious car due to a new addition to the family, so I decided to head on over to Automatic Motors to have a look at what they currently had in stock. The staff were super friendly, and after giving them specifics on what we would require, they stated we should test drive a few of the different cars to get a feel for which one we liked the best. Safe to say, the Mitsubisi won hands down, and since owning it, I can honestly say it's by far the best car I've ever had. So thank you, guys. 5 stars 

This was my first time visiting this dealership, and it's safe to say it didn't let me down. After looking at Autotrader, I found a Ford Mondeo at such a great price that I had to rub my eyes just to make sure, so I had a quick look through the website and found they were very local to me, which was just an added bonus. I had a browse through the forecourt to see if anything else stood out to me. They had such a great range of stock, but it didn't take me long to spot the Ford Mondeo, and it looked immaculate. I decided to go ahead with the next steps and talked to the salesman, who was just excellent at answering all my questions. He really took the time to make sure I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. 5 stars.

Brilliant customer service from Automatic Motors in Uxbridge. I was looking for a new car for a few weeks and had no idea what make or model to go for. In the end, I decided to try my luck down at Automatic Motors and have a browse at the selection they currently had available. As soon as I got into the dealership, I was met with such great staff who were super friendly. They took the time to try and find me what I wanted and led me to a section of cars that met my requirements. I had a look at a few cars, and I didn't feel rushed or under pressure, which was just great. It didn't take me too long to decide which one to take for a test drive. They had this Nissan Note, and it was one of the models I was pondering over when I saw them online, as I like the look of the car as well as my need for something more spacious for those longer journeys. The salesman helped to talk me through all of the features the Nissan had to offer, so I knew I had to get it. Since buying the car, it has been nothing but superb! I am truly loving it.

After finally deciding to replace our old Astra after years of loyal service, we headed to Automatic Motors to see what cars they had available. They showed us a couple of cars that were both budget-friendly and low mileage, and there we saw it a newer model of the Vauxhall Astra. We took it as a sign that this was the best car for us, so we decided to take it for a drive, and it didn't let us down. What a great dealership! I went into Automatic Motors via appointment to see a BMW 2 series and was met by Fawaz, who was a credit to the dealership; he was very professional and courteous; he showed me the car and then allowed me some space to inspect the car myself, so I didn't feel like anyone was hovering over me; and once I was ready, I went for a test drive, and  he went over the car's additional options and features, which just made me want the car more. As soon as  we got  back to the dealership, I couldn't wait to take it for another spin, so I decided to get the deal done. The turn-around time was brilliant and before I knew it, I was driving  home in my new car. 5-star service all around.

I I recently purchased a Nissan Pulsar for my first car, and I am beyond happy with it.
