I was looking for a new car and I found one with Automatic Motors in Uxbridge online so I thought I’d message them and ask if it was available. Fawaz took the call and he was very polite, he knew what he was talking about and he was not pushy in his approach. After a brief conversation I made an appointment to go to see the car and I was really impressed with with it so I went ahead and bought it and i'm really pleased that I did so. Overall, the experience, service, reception given by the team was excellent all round and I have started recommending them to my friends, I’ll definitely be going back for an upgrade. It is always nice and delightful when you get an excellent customer service. Well done!

I was really pleased with the sales experience I had whilst purchasing my car from Automatic Motors. I was greeted by Sam very promptly and he was very friendly but not at all overbearing. I advised him of my needs and he showed me some suitable vehicles. The sales process was not overpowering and he gave me the space to think things over before committing to buy the car from him. I'm extremely pleased with my Vauxhall, it drives like a dream, I highly recommend this dealership and I would use them again in the future.

All is running well with my Vauxhall 5 ⭐

First time buyer from this dealership and I can't fault the service from Sam, everything was spot on. I had the chance to test drive the car before purchasing it and everything was sweet. Since getting it at the start of November, I've put a few miles on the car and haven't had any issues.

Really happy with my Nissan Juke, I use the car daily, but the only issues I have would be that the brakes shutter, but once I get chance over Christmas ill run it down to the team.

This is my first time buying a used car, needless to say I was quite skeptical and struggled to put my faith in anyone. The team at Automatic Motors were very good at putting my mind at ease and helped guide me through the process, the car is great and exceeded my expectations of a used car. The only weird thing was a lot of the contacts were what I would call out of hours and this was a little disconcerting but I understand the team are busy and this may been the only time they could reach me. I am really happy overall and everything turned out okay in the end.
