Got myself a canny little astra from Autopark UK a couple weeks ago and thought it would good to leave these guys a review. Not gunna lie probs one of the best buying experiences ive ever had. Even after purchase when a had a couple questions about the car, they were responsive, and more than happy to help. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. 5*

Arrived from Norwich at 12-00 and after signing paperwork out of the office by 12-15.
Great service polite eager to help. The one downside was i got into the van drove off and discovered i had no Fuel and not knowing the area started to panic.
I did make it to a fuel station but it was close, not good for the engine.
This has taught me a lesson to check in future and yes i would buy another van from them.
Great service from Autopark UK and they kept me informed all the way until van was ready for collection.

I have now purchased 3 different vehicles from Autopark UK and they've been great every time. Very helpful and friendly staff. Demi went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. Would recommend these guys to friends and family, I will be back again.

I’d be very careful if you are thinking of buying a car from Autopark UK I got sold a car which had a fault with the turbo took it to the garage 5 times to which I have proof still from over a year ago they weren’t interested all they said was call black star I turned up one day and Demi who sold me the car disappeard I had to stop paying for the car for it to stop the nightmare and the manager Jim was no help I left the car at the dealership and he threatened to charge me £1.50 a day storage fee a year later and I still have phone calls for outstanding finance for a car tht shouldn’t have been sold to say I’d never go again be warned if anyone else has had problems email me robbie5307@hotmail.com
And they have blocked me from leaving a review on there main site to which I’ll find a way round so I can warn others x

Your bought your vehicle on finance, you did not honour your committment to the finance company and therefore they repossesssed your vehicle almost a year ago, as you ignored all communications (evidence available) you left the finance company with no alternative but to repossess and obviously pusue their shortfall. The vehicle was put in storage as to your lack of response and the charge notified to you, the finance company were good enough to pay this. The vehicle in question, your quashqai, was road tested for several hundred miles by two qualified persons and in both cases it showed it in full working order with no faults, you declined an offer to accompany one of those persons on an extensive road test which would have proven to you that the vehicle was without fault, if you no longer wanted the vehicle then we would have helped you to come to a satisfactory solution with the finance company. This review you have put on is defamatory (regardless of what your school solicitor may say) and therefore illegal, we are instructing legal action against you with a claim for damages of £300 per day + costs from today (any damages we are awarded will be donated to a registered charity), legal documents will be served to you Robert Sands at 17 Mailing Walk.
