Part exchanged a car with Autopark UK 3 days ago and they offered me a poor price for my car but that's not my issue when coming to collect the new car they gave me it had a warning light on the dashboard for low tyre pressure and i didn't realise what it was until i was at the garage and noticed the tyre was looking flat and had a yellow crayon circle with a arrow pointing to the tread on the tyre which made me think it must of had a puncture and at some point so i put air in it and thought nothing of it until i got home and felt around the tyre to find a nail in the tyre where the yellow marking was now it got me thinking they gave me the car with 12 months mot and zero advisories so surely that should of been noticed in a mot and failed but more to the point my locking wheel nut wasn't where it was supposed to be it was in passenger side door which makes me think they knew about the nail in the tyre which then took the wheel off replaced it with a different wheel from another car off the forecourt to get through the mot and swapped it back as they didn't want to pay to fix it or replace it they clearly don't care about customers and just profits cars poorly prepped and don't undergo any inspection at what ever price there cars are and my arm rest was broken and bodged with silicone to hold in place

Hi Christopher, we took your part exchange, a BMW 318D M sport with 123,048 miles on it with a rattly timing chain & a juddery clutch, we allowed you £2,500 ( a good price NOT a poor price) for it to help you out even though you were untruthful to us about the service history and mileage at time of valuation, we did not force you to part exchange your car, the car is still with us and we are more than happy for you to have it back for the price we allowed you ie £2,500. With regard to your next point I can't understand that when collecting the vehicle it had a tyre pressure warning light on why you didn't bring it to the attention of any of our staff who would have then acted to remedy the situation? Regarding the yellow marking can you please send me evidence of this, the assumption you make regarding the locking wheel nut is totally incorrect, we have inspection records for every retail vehicle we sell and we're quite happy for you to see the ones for the Nissan Juke you purchased. It is puzzling that you did not contact us directly but chose to place things in the public domain. I have tried to contact you without success to discuss your comments (which are defamatory and can be subject to litigation) to come to a mutual resolution to draw a line under this matter, please call me, Jim on 07944538618 (afternoons, with held numbers not answered), thank you.

cant recommend enough dont listen to the bad press on this review site. having been looking for the right car for a while and visited many a dealership, autopark were superb especially sales exec Niall Simpson he made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. having been In around cars for most of my life I new I found a gem in Simpson. if you want some one you can trust and give the best advice for you and not for their own pockets go and see Simpson

Bought my wife a Kia Sportage from Autopark UK, a fault occurred a couple of days after getting it spoke to a guy called Jim who said it was in elco mode yet the car has no eco mode broke down a couple of days later called the aa they came out and diagnosed the battery as being unserviceable also asked them about the other problems we were having and they put there machine on it came up with fault codes so autopark took the car in for repair and I passed on the codes to them I got the car back say they could not find any problems but had checked a couple of things got it in writing that if problem came up again they would take straight in for repair took the car home only for the problem to arise the next day got a independent mechanic to check the car over only to find the car has a load of problems and should not be driven this was all put in a report and passed on tho the manager of autopark now after 2 weeks of this guy giving me the runaround our car is still stuck on the drive and this idiot is doing nothing about it but wait till the day after Boxing Day I have a load of banners written by othe customers of there's who have had the same trouble seems like there is a lot of unsaturated autopark customer out there so this car is going down there next week with all these statements on banner of other customers I will also notify the press of my intentions and I will stay there until my car is fixed and I get compensation these people can not get away with doing this to people

Called into Autopark uk after seeing a lovely polo on Autotrader, staff all seemed friendly and willing to help, nothing was a chew for them even though I wanted the keys to look at quite a few different cars. Ended up buying a Toyota aygo which was very reasonably priced. Also got a good deal on my part exchange. Would recommend this garage to others looking to purchase a new car! Thanks Autopark :)
