Excellent mainly female staff working behind screens. Unfortunately main salesman was rather condescending so I would have been very put off had he been the first person I had met. The car was what I wanted for a reasonable price so very happy. Difficult to review the car since I have only test driven it.
Keep away from this dealer, Russell the manager is an absolute liar and customer service is disgusting. They robbed money off us for rejecting the sale as the car had developed faults within minutes of driving. He threatened my wife on the phone and blackmailed too not to bad mouth his company when we have full rights to the way we've been treated. Wouldn't reccommend this dealer to anyone unless you want to be conned and stolen from. Will be taking appropriate legal action under consumer rights act 2015 if we don't get a full refund which we are entitled to. No response to any of our emails and constantly pushed off when calling. Manager was off site at time of sale and was unreachable for long time after. Only received partial refund and waiting for the rest plus compensation and damages lost. Wasted a day out travelling over 2 hours only for this faulty car which obviously wasn't as described. It costed us lots of time and money on fuel which was a complete waste. Zero aftersales.

My partner bought a Hyundai i10 in October was told all brakes and discs would be done less than 2000 miles later could hear grinding so looked at the pads and discs and they are none existent so took it back for them to say it’s because it’s been standing to long yet it gets used every day correct me if I’m wrong but brake pads should last 25000-50000 miles there is also a knocking coming from the back of the car she has 1 years warranty with the car but they have said for it to be fixed was going to be over £200 but they willing to go half’s I’ve since talked to a few people about that dealership and they all say bad things about them so please please please if you are going to spend your hard earned money on a car that will last AVOID these or it could cost you a lot more

When browsing the website i found a van that took my eye. i contacted Autocar uk to arrange to come to see the van the following day and they gave me a time slot for this to happen. when arriving at Autopark the dealers said that there was no diesel in the van therefore they had to go and get some. This meant that we were waiting on the forecourt for 20 minutes for them to return. when they returned they then proceeded to try and put the diesel in the van which was unsucessful as they never had the nossel to put it into the tank. due to this issu, thet took an additional 40 minutes to try and sort the issue. They were unsuccessful with putting the disel in the van so we were unable to take the van for a test drive. if they have informed me of this when i enquired about this yesterday i would not have wasted my time and driving 20 miles to the dealership. i explained to them on the phone yesterday that i needed something ASAP and they ensured me that the van would be ideal for the use that i needed it for. the quality of service that i recieved today was unaceptable and unecassary trip that could have been avoided. i will not be returning!
I drove 135 miles to buy a Vanmaster caravan. I was assured on the phone that the caravan had been damp checked. Turned out to have a serious damp problem In the rear of caravan. Complete waste of time and petrol.

We left a deposit for a van with every intention of buying within 24 hours we had a bereavement so circumstances changed explained the situation wouldn't refund the deposit under such extenuating circumstances how can can anyone be so cruel so they made 100.00 on it straight away hope they sleep well at night because that money at this such a needy time

I Bought a Van from This Dealership that is less than 3 year old,it was ok for the first day or two after purchase however after a few more days the van started to not start when i turned the key sometimes it would and sometimes it would,nt eventually the van would not turn over at all,i had to take the van to the vauxhall Dealership near me,As i Rang these lot asking for a solution But They Gave me no Hope or confidence That They would Help or Even Solve The Problem.Meanwhile The Service Manager at The Vauxhall Dealership Thinks The Vehicle is a Dud and may not be able to be fixed By Them.I Have spoke to this Autopark Dealership asking for them to Take the van Back and get it sorted themselves Seen as it is under manafacturers Warranty. But they are giving me the Run around and Threatining me with court action over Honest Reviews.All i can say to an Honest person Looking for an Honest and Reliable Dealership is Stay Clear of This Dealership as there Vehicles are Faulty and There Advertisement is False as They Have Proved To Me.Be Warned as this is an Honest Review and i can prove it.
