Bought a Ford Transit from this dealer and after driving it home discovered a number of problems contacted the dealer about these and was met with excuses and refusal to address the issues raised. I accepted a free warranty and £100 refund in leu of cement splashes on the editor of the van but when looking inside the following day discovered huge amounts inside preventing me from lowering the spare wheel carrier. Avoid at all costs after care is rubbish.

I recently left a negative review on this car dealer after speaking to the service centre and getting nowhere quick , but in hindsight the review was unjust and unfair, after to speaking to people in authority ate the dealerships all my faults were dealt with quickly , conveniently and without any further financial cost... so I would like to apologise for the negative feedback left ...

Bought a car , a 15 plate Nissan Juke from these guys, Got 4weeks standard warranty and on signing the agreement was offered an stay of offers like breakdown cover , extra warranty which was £298...gap insurance which was £299, Which impolitely declined both... car had 34500 miles on the clock, , mentioned it had a stiff clutch to which I was told it was common on that modem so I thought no more about it... fast forward 5 weeks later and 600 miles it needs a full clutch priced at over a grand... Rand up to speak to after asked to be told not really their problem...fairs to say I’m not impressed and definitely wouldn’t recommend or use again
