Purchased a lovely car. Need some assistance after purchase. A few easy resolvable issues. After sales team are non existent. 1 email to customer services, 4 telephone calls with no response and a text message to “Jim” the manager, again no response. Wouldn’t recommend at moment from a customer service perspective. Very good at sales.
