Bought a car from them in September. Now had 2 months off work as it has been into 2 seperate garages 4-5 times with an array of issues, costing over £2000 to fix...and it's still currently in a garage. Rang to explain the issues I've had and the guy I spoke to was very argumentative and rude, despite me speaking to him calmly. Just because a car is "out of warranty" doesn't give you the right to be rude to people. Also, see below a reviewer on this site claims Auto Point are having negative reviews removed from Autotrader. BEWARE.

Easy purchase but the dealer was very rude over the phone and in person when I took the car back with a report from a specialist showing there were thousands of pounds of repairs required, including some dangerous defects. Several defects should've been picked up in a recent MOT, which casts a lot of doubt on the trustworthiness of the MOT received from the business next door to this dealer... Ensure you pay on a credit card or a refund may not be easy from here. The car in question is back on the website, Honda CRV RJ07 RXR - check the clutch (stiff, needs replacing), alignment (new parts fitted poorly, with loose wheel bolts!) and warning lights (needs a new airbag system). Update: dealer has had my review on AutoTrader removed, then called me to "apologise", but instead took the opportunity to argue what was actually said. I told him he shouldn't have called if that was his intention and that I would update the review with the interaction.

Would never buy another used car from Autopoint Used Cars they sold me a car with no locking wheel nut which he did pay half to have them removed there was a mark on the windscreen he said it was ok and would affect the mot but we got stopped by the police and told it had to be repaired so that cost £180 now the discs on the front and rear need replacing he said i just put some pads on the rear at a cost of £12 but you can’t put new pads on knackered discs all it did was knacker the new £12 pads and the passenger side rear door doesn’t open from the inside and it’s not the child lock the boot only opens when it wants to. The clutch’s now needs doing the car didn’t cost a lot of money but that isn’t the point. He gave us 6 months warranty but nothing is covered on it. So not I have to do it the hard way through trading standards

I am really pleased with my Honda Civic from Autopoint. I have had no issues with it at all and when i received it it, it was clean and in lovely condition and the dealers were super helpful and friendly. The car was a really good price and I will be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a great car.

I purchased a Seat Leon from Autopoint Used Cars in August. There were a few little bits and bobs wrong with the car that i had to get sorted but nothing serious. The dealers were quite helpful and I have had no issues with the car so I would recommend them.

I bought a VW golf from this dealership back in June and I am very happy with it, its excellent value for money and I have had no major issues with it at all, only minor wear and tear. It runs really well. The dealers at Auto point are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
