After searching for months and months on end to find a certain black edition Seat Leon FR Black edition, I came across one in this garage. I was over the moon. It was the exact colour that I’d prefer. So I emailed twice - no response So I phoned up 3 times in 4 days and I had no answer. I found that very strange. So after another day I tried again. Finally got through and spoke to someone. I got told a sales representative would phone me back. Which he did. I explained I’m 5hours away and would it be possible to do a detailed walk around video so I could see the car and any small faults/marks/wear etc before traveling up. He said no problem I’ll send it to my what’s app the following day. Following day came. - nothing. I whats apped the same person 3 times in 5 days asking if he could kindly send me the video when he had time. He seen all my messages and no reply. This was getting very frustrating after showing interest in the car for over a week. I phoned up the main customer service line again and explained I was waiting for a walk around video and got told she would personally send it that afternoon. - again nothing. It came to the weekend and I thought I’d phone again. Phoned x5 times and no answer. So today I called again. Finally answered and then To get told the car sold a day ago. To my frustration I was gob smacked. I’ve never known a customer chase and chase to buy a car and get ignored on what’s app and on emails and via txt message. My dream car gone due to lack of capability of sales people. If I’d have been sent a video and happy with it I would have been up within 2 days to purchase my dream car. I don’t normally write reviews but after actually finding the car I’ve been searching for for months to be sold after me chasing and chasing for weeks. Bitterly disappointed to say the least. If you take this review into consideration and try use it to better your communication skills so that customers don’t get let down by yourselves. Ohhhh well back to the months of searching again. Thanks again!!!!!

I would like to say the car I purchased from Autoprestige, a Ford Focus rs mk3 is wonderful and i searched for a high spec vehicle with a sunroof shell seats not only did I just get these extras I also got a front splitter side skirts and rear spats free If i paid the asking price which I did! Thanks guys

We bought our first Range Rover Sport from Autoprestige and the dealership was helpful and reassuring when we needed assistance regarding the cosmetics of the car and any queries we had. Terry and Ash were helpful when the Range Rover unexpectedly needed to be returned to them and tried their best to make sure we were satisfied with the work. They even gave us a car and kindly put petrol in for us to use as compensation in the unexpectedly delay of the return of my car. I would use them again especially if purchasing an used SUV or performance car.
