Very Poor aftercare programme even though the car problem was reported on the day of collection, Now been without use of car for one more month as issues effect the driving and safety of the car
After checking the paperwork (including HPI check) Autoroute Car Centre had on a Mercedes SLK i placed a £500.00 deposit on the vehicle. The following day when I had a HPI check completed the vehicle was shown to have outstanding finance and 4 mileage discrepancies against it that did not show on the dealers paperwork/HPI check. The dealer claimed my HPI check was wrong and theirs was correct and refused to give back the deposit, later the same day HPI confirmed the 4 discrepancies were correct. After trying to discuss this with the dealer they then would not return calls, reply to e mails or respond to letters. This was put into the hands of the credit card company but the dealer has still not responded. No wonder they have so many bad reports against them as they cannot be trusted along with any paperwork they supply..

Dear Sir, Whilst we totally respect a persons right to review a company we would think it only right to use the correct information. The Mercedes you left a deposit on did flag up on the HPI register with a mileage anomaly. The moment we received notification of this we paid HPI to conduct a full National Mileage Register investigation. Once the investigation had been carried out HPI confirmed it was an inputting error and they amended their records accordingly and certified the mileage as genuine. It was at this stage that you informed us that you didn't trust HPI and no longer wished to proceed with the purchase. There was absolutely no question that if there was a genuine mileage discrepancy on the car then we would cancel the transaction and return your deposit. As you are aware this was not the case and we had all the certification and documentation from HPI to verify this. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so we welcome any feedback and use that to improve service in the future. Autoroute Car Centre

If this car was so genuine why did you refuse to return my calls, e mails and letters, does anyone really want to deal with a dealer with this sort of attitude and customer care ?
Terrible communication, very unwilling to honour the warranty. Our car was there weeks for repairs which were never completed.
I purchased my Land Rover from Autoroute Car Centre, i have had issues with my car, but to my amazement Autoroute has gone the distance with my vehicle and have endeavored to rectify my problems at every turn, they have been brilliant, Rob the sales manager has been so helpful. if you was thinking of buying from this company, from my experience i would recommend Autoroute.

I Have a 59 Plate Discovery 3 having problems with Air Suspension Compressor. Phoned Autoroute they said bring the car in so they can check it Out. The Staff including WorkShop Bent over backwards to help me. Also said if car continues to play up would sort me out a car to use while Waiting for the replacement part. As have to take wife to hospital every day for treatment. I Can't thank them enough for what they all have done for Myself and my Wife. Would use again when i want an upgrade to a Discovery 4

I have encountered ingoing problems with the car and reported them to the dealership. They have accepted that the car needs to be reviewed as no service had been processed on the car. I am still trying to organise this car to be repaired under this dealership. Right now I would just like to return it and use another dealership closet to home. It I'd not safe to drive this car on the motorway as there is underlying problems with the car which has been identified. They are happy to review the car but my problem is getting it there safetly without ir breaking down in the motorway. Overall not happy at all.

Everything is good with the Land Rover I bought from this dealership. There was issues though, and the after care was shocking at the dealership. In the end, after a lot of hassle they've been sorted. The Car was decent value though!

Unpleasant experience buying with a pointless warranty they avoid adhering to.
Car advertised with FSH - that amounted to 1 print out - they promised to get a service book and get it stamped, nothing has ever arrived and I've given up asking. They also removed all of the rubber mats from the car prior to my collection presumably to place in another car. The propshaft requires total replacement after just 3000 miles at a cost of £400 and they're refusing to help or even acknowledge my request for help. It couldn't have been checked as part of their 'safety check' as the bearing has clearly been defective for quite some time. The 'lifetime' warranty isn't worth anything - it only covers a part of the propshaft that never fails! I have now had to resort to suing them in the County Court in order that I can actually use the car as it is currently unroadworthy. They ignore polite and reasonable correspondence. The aircon wasn't working during the test drive so they promised to investigate. i insisted that they properly check the system for leaks rather than just a quick re-gas. What did they do? Just a quick re-gas and sure enough, it failed again within 6 weeks meaning a 40 mile round trip back. They did eventually get it sorted but they were very slow to respond and I really had to force the issue. During the repair they damaged the brake line (which was badly corroded) and sent me away with a leaking braking system. Again, they got it sorted but I really had to give them little choice. Their cars are prepared well and the sales service is average/OK - they need to invest quite a bit more time and effort in aftersales as I can see from reviews that I'm not the first to be incredibly disappointed by their approach to aftersales care. After a relatively positive experience, I'm left feeling disappointed by their attitude.

I bought a car off these clowns 3 years ago broke down on the way home after sales service shockingly bad. Never fixed any problems correctly. Left the car with them continually chasing them . They gave me a lift back to the train station when I dropped the car and that car overheated!! Ended up paying a local garage to fix all the problems avoid or be prepared to pay if you get a problem.
