After sales was excellent with a quick resolution/repairs with faults discovered following purchase. The staff were efficient, polite and understanding thro-out my recent dealings. I cannot fault the commitment of this dealership to ensuring great customer service. Having developed an issue after a Manufacturer recall, the dealership spent many hours tracking down and eliminating the fault on my Subaru Outback. A courtesy car was provided for the 8 days the car was in the workshop, and throughout this contact and the many others I have had with Autosales the staff have been unfailingly efficient and courteous. Having committed to a price for the most recent work prior to it commencing, Bruce stuck to that price despite the final cost being significantly above his quote. Truly a man of his word. Thank you to all involved.

Great service from Ashleigh & her boss - I travelled 100+ miles to see this car & was not disappointed. Collected on visit - nothing was too much trouble for them. I had an air con problem after taking car away and this was quickly fixed at a local air con outlet with Autosales of Kirriemuir happy to settle the cost direct. Super service!! Next time I am looking to change will definitely look here first......

I have never had a dealership (Ashleigh in particular ) that has from day 1,that made me feel that an individual rather than just someone to simply to sell a car to.... Well done in this world of pressure sales.... Go local and family like Autosales of Kirriemuir rather than the xxxxx Clark etc dealerships....

I saw my car on a used car website and although much nearer than many similar models it was still a 3 hour+ drive from where I live near Inverness. I was concerned that I would travel a considerable distance and end up disappointed. I spoke to Andy who reassured me so I made arrangements to visit. My fears were groundless. The car was beautifully presented and there was no hard sell or pressure. Having agreed to buy the car arrangements were put in place to pick me up from the station the following week. The whole buying process at Autosales of Kirriemuir was easy and painless. I have now had the car several days and am very pleased with it. Thanks Andy for all your help.

Autosales of Kirriemuir were appalling and deceitful when I dealt with them and I do not recommend them.
