The cars are faulty have nothing but problems and when they are in warranty they just do the bare minimum. The person that runs the place offered to turn fault lights off rather than actually fix the fault. Steer well clear of this place if you want a reliable car
Unfortunately a negative review. I put a £200 deposit on a red vivaro van on the Friday, with the proviso that deposit would be refunded if there is any issue with the engine or gearbox. Van was low mileage and 2013 ex police – it sounded great On Saturday I phoned them saying I would like a look at the injectors – Autotech phoned me and told me injectors were fine and there was just a bit of corrosion on the cover bolts. This raised alarm bells I said any corrosion on injector was unacceptable. I was the told that any used car would have the same. Which is complete rubbish (I even checked my own 2010 car to confirm) The sent a photo and injector was completely corroded - To me this was an issue with the engine so deposit should be refunded. Not to Autotech Kent. “The van runs without a problem therefore the engine is fine. “ The injector is a ticking timebomb that when goes bad will costs thousands. This is a know issue with these vans, which even made it onto watchdog. However I will not get my deposit back I understand that work was generated when I put my deposit down and asked if we could come to a compromise. No flexibility or humanity just take the cash!

Autotech always advise customers that deposits are non refundable as was relayed to this customer. This is due to the work starting to get the vehicle ready for collection and to take off being on sale. The van that was being looked is very low mileage, fsh and in perfect working order. All vehicles do come with warranty.
The staff were very helpful polite & courteous. the snagging jobs which were minor were all carried out as requested. & the communication was at a level you would expect as a customer. Well done auto tech kent car sales.

Having bought my car from Autotech Kent car sales I felt the service I received was excellent. Dan served me and Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very at ease and was very happy with my car which is in great condition and, I felt good value for money. All in all a great experience from Autotech! Thanks guys!

Too many problems with Autotech Kent Car Sales to list. Warranty useless. Had to pay local garage to put faults right.

I purchased a black bmw x3 m sport 2.0 litre . Worst thing I ever did . Luckily it's through a finance company an I stand a chance of getting my money back . The day I picked the car up the trouble started . Got 20 miles down the road and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree ! Breaks were shocking massive vibration under braking . 4x4 light came on under investigation it turns out that it's rear diff is shot and needs replacing at a cost running into the thousands. Airbag lights on ! Glow plugs are crap as the car smokes like he'll on start up . Two back tyres are barely legal . They have polished out an awful scrape on the passenger side The more I washed the car the more it came out . I took it back to him and he had the car for 2 weeks saying he will fix it 100% . He didn't do an absolute thing to it ... sorry he put new brake pads on over worn disks which hasn't stoped the vibration . And now he is being difficult with the finance company because I have rejected the death trap . Total shambles of a dealer with no regard to anybody's safety .

Autotech Kent Car Sales were quick enough to take payment but doesn’t want to resolve problems with car he sold us. Very rude and aggressive over the phone to my partner after we stated we will get trading standards involved straight away our money was refunded and now our old car is back on he’s website without any of the work that needed doing to it being done 24hrs later.
