I put a deposit down on a vehicle and had arranged to travel from South Devon. Craig sent the vehicle for an mot and he was hit by massive problems deep in the underside of the vehicle that was a failure. He rang me immediately and informed me of this unexpected problems. He would not sell the vehicle to me or anybody else and refunded me my deposit by return.
Thank you Craig for you total honesty.

Enquired about the car got a phone call not long after. Said there would be some issues getting up to view so Craig arranged to bring it down to my address. Within minutes settled everything and was proud owner of a new car A+ service

Sold me camper death trap last November from start major repairs ,refuse to refund £10850 agreed to do repairs use cowboys
5 months later repairs failed mot stander electric all wire wrong done by Craig cowboys again; miss sold camper registered as van with windows ,cost of repairs over £2000 ,,so to all u people who Craig has rip off and l know there quite a few due his review time to put stop to Craig hunter ripping people off ,l will be getting in touch with u all if u r interested get back to me ,my advice stay well clear of Autotrade Ayr.

Bought Mercedes car seen on line phoned dealer Craig and he delivered to my door in Aberdeen was so impressed with his professionalism and the after care we received was great he sorted out all the change over of my tax for me the car itself was immaculate so happy with the car would definitely return to Autotrade Ayr, thank you.

A very good experience. Craig, the owner of Auto Trade Ayr, was very professional in his dealings with me. I saw the advert for the BMW on Autotrader and contacted them by phone. I wanted a part exchange for my old car and Craig offered me £4000 over the phone. I explained to Craig that the Dacia had some damage to a rear fender and he offered me £3900 for my car subject to inspection. On arrival at the garage. Craig inspected my car and still offered me £3900 as he had promised. The car Auto Trade sold me was lovely and almost looked brand new. Anyway, I am very happy with the car I bought from Auto Trade and so far it seems to be running well however Auto Trade said that if there was any problem with the car they would take it back and repair it. So far, no problems. I would recommend Auto Trade Ayr to anyone who is buying a car as the owner seems a very trustworthy and professional individual. Thanks for the good experience and hopefully I will be back on day.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership. There was a significant problem with the vehicle of which neither of us was aware and which only came to light after the sale. The dealership swiftly and completely resolved the problem at minimum inconvenience to me. I could not be more grateful for their assistance and their 'can-do' attitude.
