I bought a car from here back in August and I have had endless issues, the car had been back to Autotrade, a local garage and even back to it's mail dealer and I still don't know if its been sorted. The dealer who sold me the car has been helpful but the repairs have been very slow and unsuccessful. I may have just been unlucky.

All good all round! I bought a Fiat 500 from Autotrade back in June and I have had no issues with it at all, it was really good value for money and runs really well. The dealers were really helpful. I have no complaints at all and would happily recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a good quality used car.

The sale with Autotrade went really well with no problems at all, they were a very professional company and made the purchase simple and straightforward. I'd absolutely recommend them the customer service was excellent.

From my experience with Autotrade Ayr I found the price was a bit high but also maybe it was the make of the car, thats my only negative. Otherwise they were really good to deal with as a car dealer and I would still recommend them.

Before the purchase of my vehicle I found the sales staff very attentive and helpful. However they were not forthcoming or nearly as helpful when I discovered that my new car that was advertised with this header *** FULL SERVICE HISTORY*** actually had not had the timing belt replaced when it should have. Of all the service requirements in a car the replacement of the timing belt is the mozt critical. When I asked the question about this situation I was told that it was not Autotrade's responsibility. When I pointed out their header on the original advert the response was "It didn't say full DEALER service history - we are not trying to lie to you but you didn't ask the question - if you had asked the question we would have told you the truth" When I asked for their suggested remedy or solution I was told that they could get the timing belt replaced at cost. I asked for them to come back to me with a quote - THAT WAS TWELVE WEEKS AGO!!!!! The timing belt cost me £495 to be replaced and spoiled the good feeling about getting my new car. So at Autotrade be careful about their claims about service history etc etc. Ironically I came across another review along the same lines as this and when I mentioned it I was told "He is a nutter - we call him the Shaker Man - cos he was shaking every time he came in to complain!" Absolutely shocking!!! Actually when I think of how I was misled, I too can feel myself shaking.............funny that!!!

The range of cars and prices are really good at Autotrade Ayr. There was no normal salesman stuff, It was straight forward and honest from start to finish, so I can tell people I recommend their cars and service. Every question was answered with a 5

I would definitely recommend Autotrade to family and friends, everything went well the vehicle was clean and as expected when we went to get and the dealer resolved all our issues easily
