absolute joke. paid for a car in full and when i went to collect it ... it had parts falling off it and was filthy .... was told to come back a few days later to collect it and shocker they couldn't find it. turns out they had resold it absolute joke ... selling a car already legally purchased and owned by someone else ... reckon i dodged a bullet they are unreal people with no morals at all ... 100% the car is a ringer .. bought from auction cheap and sold on with no checks or repairs being done. oh yeah look them up on companies house they fold every 2 years and open in a different name ... do not buy from them your better off setting your cash on fire your never be happy

I NOW WORK FOR THIS COMPANY ;-0
I bought a 10k car in 2020 - just an utter joke. Turbo and timing chain had to be done within several weeks. I won't bore anyone with the story but I STRONGLY advise anyone thinking of buying from this garage not to. Please don't be fooled by a good deal, all the cars are tat and are ridden with problems. Customer service is non existant. Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I wish I could rate zero stars...even that would be generous...
Kye who manages this branch was excellent, I have seen so many people leaving poor reviews but it seems no one has the time to write a good review. Kye could not do enough for me and I am really pleased with his professional manner, he went over and above for me, a very charismatic individual. The staff I dealt with at this branch were also very good.
£31k spent on an X5 but felt like buying a sweatshirt from a market stall. "Would you like a coffee while you wait?" (for a fault to be fixed that should have been done already). "Yes, please." "There's a vending machine in the garage next door." WTF??!! That should tell you all you need to know. Avoid (with the added bonus you won't have to dodge the smoking, neanderthal thugs hanging round the entrance to the portakabin-office.)
My husband bought a car with his life insurance money as he’s terminally ill. This was meant to bring enjoyment into our lives but it has brought us nothing but trouble. A few days after purchasing the car the engine lights came on along with smoke from the engine. We contacted the garage as only had the car for a few days and this was under warranty. After what seemed liked hundreds of calls to the garage and given the run around waiting for call backs from the garage, we were told that they wouldn’t cover the cost of the repair. This went on for weeks and they finally agreed to fix the car providing we took the car to them. Can I just add that they were well aware that my husband was in hospital at this time and seriously ill!! They had the car for over 2 weeks with no contact from them. Finally we got the car back. It now turns out that the garage gave us the wrong log book and we now have a car sat on the driveway unable to tax it due to no log book and we have a car registered in my husbands name that we don’t even own or ever seen. Yet again we have been given the run around by the garage saying it’s the DVLA, which I have checked and this is not the case. Please do not buy a car from this garage.. they have caused such stress in a already stressful time! The customer service is terrible and personally I think this garage is untrustworthy and I would NEVER buy a car from this garage again.
Just picked up a discovery 4 for a little over 18 k , wiper blew off on motorway which had just been fitted , oil leaking all over when got home as filter seal incorrectly fitted , loads of faults in diagnostic machine , I paid to sort the problems in week one of getting the car and spoke to dealer and they said chase the warranty company knowing the jobs was not covered , good luck if you buy from these people basically a load of travellers selling cars from my experience down their not that I’ve anything against travellers unless selling me a dodgy car which I’m sure is damage repaired and I’m sure all they do is buy damaged cars and fix them up abit just my opinion on the last bit rest is fact

This is probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. It started well but very very quickly plummeted. We went and looked at a car at this garage, took it on a test drive, noted a few problems that needed sorting which were agreed by Phil the salesman, one being to check the clutch, we then left a £500 deposit to secure the car. A week later, 16th October we returned to pick the car up, everything seemed fine although they waited until now to tell us that they didn’t actually have a logbook and we would need to fill in a form which they would send off the next day to get a new one … of course this didn’t happen on their part. Because we didn’t have the logbook they organised taxing the car which we paid for using their card machine. We filled up the car with petrol, drove home happy that we had found a new car. The car was then not used for 2 days. Upon driving the car to work for the first time, a total of 8 miles, the clutch decided to break, meaning we couldn’t even move the car. The garage offered to pick the car up to take back and repair, they said they would be there between 2pm & 4pm, they eventually turned up at 9.20pm. We then heard nothing from the garage. 2 days later we rang to ask about the car as still no update, to which we were told they weren’t sure where our car was and they would have to find out. Told the car would be ready to pick up in a weeks time… upon collecting we were told we needed to pay £70 for the repairs (we weren’t told about this before they picked the car up) which we refused to do as they have sold us a faulty car which was covered under their warranty. Drove the car back home, which is under 30 miles, the engine management light came on during the journey home and the car started smelling like it was on fire. So we phoned the garage to say we wanted to return the car as it’s not safe and wasn’t fit for purpose. They made us drive the car back knowing that the car had these faults, which is completely unsafe. Dropped the car back on 23rd October. We requested a refund as we had totally lost any trust in both the car and the garage, which they said they would issue after they have checked the car over. This was on the 23rd October, it is now 8th November and we have only just received a refund, not even the full amount… they are withholding £149 for a ‘purchasing fee’ which isn’t advertised anywhere on their website. During this period we have been fobbed off a million and one times, promised the money would be in our bank account about 10 different times but it was just constant lie after lie, never being able to get hold of the right person, promising to phone back but never did. We are still waiting for the log book to arrive to be able to claim the tax back that we paid; we are going to loose At least 3 months worth of money for tax on a faulty car that we were dishonestly sold. Currently we are £219 out of pocket because of this garage and their total negligence!! We have lost money because they sold us an unroadworthy vehicle. STAY CLEAR, THIS GARAGE IS A TOTAL JOKE.
Biggest liars going. Looking at a Mercedes B class. Wanted to test drive on weekend just gone wasn't a problem turned up and then was told we couldn't due to car not being checked over before hand. Booked in for the Thursday just gone. Was told to have a phone call and we didn't receive anything. Rang today being Friday was told the car wasn't here at the moment. ( A car can't bloody vanish can it ) left work and drive past could clearly see it was there in the same place since we last seen it on the weekend and hadn't moved. After confronting the sell rep he looked all confused as if I was lying. JOKE OF A PLACE and that's the kindest thing I would say. Especially when your about to fork out £10,000 for a car that really hasn't moved or done anything since you last seen it

I put a hold deposit on a car to see and I couldn't get to see the car because of family issues . When I sent an email to tell them this and asked for my deposit back they said they couldn't as I didn't turn up to see the car which I contacted them days before telling them why . There a bunch of con merchants I will be down there in a few weeks on holiday and I think I will pay a visit

For your own safety and peace of mind DO NOT USE THIS CAR DEALERSHIP. Lies after lies and constant excuses cannot believe a word they say. I paid £500 deposit for a BMW X5, on my arrival to see the car I had to wait 6 hours. As it became clear later on they were fixing a dent in the car, however they told me that they were doing a full valet as they want to present the car in an immaculate condition to give out great impression. When the car finally arrived it was still covered in polish paste and definitely didn’t look as it’s been for a valet. It became clear the the car has been in an accident before. After a week of asking for my deposit back they have finally refunded me £250. I’d rather walk than buy a car from them.
