Where do i start purchased a bmw from these cowboys. drove it 90 miles down motorway then managment light came on rang autotrade back and spoke to dave who told me to take it to a bmw specialist which i did.The Bmw specialist said there was a crack in the dpf flexi hose fault with the lights faulty wiring and loose wheel nuts.Bmw stated that this vehicle should of not passed the mot never mind driving it back and also to take my children in it.Bmw stated the bill would be £2500 which dave at Autotrade refused to pay and stated that there was a full service and check before I purchased the vehicle.Which was lies because it was unsafe to drive.so at this point a vehicle that i was paying for stayed at Autobahn bmw till the bill was paid.All of this stressed me out and affected my wellbeing as it went on for 8 weeks.I then spoke to Adam who was finance manager at Autotrade Southwest who shouted down the phone stating I should of checked my wheel nuts before i drove off.I have now had the vehicle back after taking it to an alternative garage With Autotrade southwest not even requesting the v5 documentation to make me registered owner of the vehicle.Then ignoring my phone calls and promised call backs or stating dave is with a customer.After all of this I suggest that this company should not be running and Dave the manager and Adam lie after lie and rip poor customers off.Do not deal with these people or this service read the reviews first.

hi craig im steve and ive just seen your email about your bad experanice with this company , i to sufferd the same sort of bad experiance when i brought my 1 series bmw from them my car never even made it off there drive way before the engine mangement light came on so went back inside ans saw dave he said sorry please leave it with us and were fix the fault for you come back tomorrow to pick car up . After 3 weeks of countless phone calls and lies from Adam i finally got the car back . so itook the car back home ( essex ) 2 weeks later the cluch went so back it went they had the car for 8 weeks and again lots of phone calls back n forth more lies when i finally pick the car up from them the inside of the car looked like a rubbish tip all my personnel stuff inside the car had been broken or removed ie phone holder a child window sticker in the back window and other personnel stuff daves excuse was they never had time to clean it as they were short staffed so i stormed out of his office making a mess as i did and drove home . A week later i get 6 letters from Bristol council saying my bmw has been driven through there clean air zone and ive got 6 unpaid PCN notices to pay which together with the fines came to over £1000 the only thing that stopped me going to the police was that dave and Adam agreed to pay for the fines in total and confessing to me that dave lets his workforce take customers cars home at nite to easy there parking problem you can imagine how this made me feel not knowing who had driven my car and in what manner of driving it was driven so hence im seeking compensation at this moment THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO EXIST OR TRADE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

I've had a similar experience to you with a car u purchase the engine management light came on as I hit the slip road to the m5 I'm still on going fighting to get money back from finance company this company is full of con men My car was sold to me with a illegal mot just like yours so totally understand your frustration

Absolutely ridiculous and insulting valuations on part exchanges. Valued my car minimum 1500-2000 under value. Very greedy dealership. Cars not prepared and advertised at retail standard. Wouldn’t recommend.

Took car Audi A5 out A015 UOJ new owner please contact me I’ve a few details for you. for test drive alone car was fine except for yellow engine light plus tyre warning dealer said it would fix problems servicing and new mot the said car failed mot .I agreed price of £9000 for my px and arraigned to pick up car in two weeks when I arrived they said the work was done but dropped my trade in to £7000 saying that I would get more from we sell any car.com basically they didn’t want a low mileage car which left me with predicament I am a disabled individual and don’t have capacity to drive around the country to we by any car sites.£2000 short fall I had paid £249 deposit for car and it was said it was refundable the sales man assured me refund would be completed that day as they don’t mess customers around however I call every day speak to Laura or Ben no directors around and surprise surprise no refund hope this helps any person buying from them. I had bought this car with this dealership, They did not mention at the time of selling the electrical wires are completely tampered and taped temporarily which now started giving me problems, I paid lots of money to buy and now spent a lot to repair it’s giving me continuously problems. I gave a call to the dealership they were very rude and not able to understand what I was saying. I am completely cheated on this deal.

I'm not the only one. Many of use have been in contact with trading standards to us all having the same issues. They done almost 1000 miles in my car. Took it in 3 times with multiple warning lights on. Took it too a bmw specialist and found they haven't done the work and we're just turned the lights off. I've ended up having too pay thousands on repairs which was apparently done when I took it back too them. Seems odd that when there's enough bad reviews on Google the page disappears. Luckily I've saved them and shared it online. I hope this company gets investigated.
