I found a lovely little first car for my son. We were both excited at it. I phoned on the tuesday to enquire if it was still available i could i have a video sent due to the garage being 150 miles away. I was told certainly we will send it. Nothing so Tuesday evening rang again they said yes they would send it . Nothing rang Wednesday morning 9am was told someone would ring back. 330 pm later i got a call. I asked if i get come and look after NO video on Friday. Sales guy ill check and call you back . Nothing. I rang thursday morning spoke to the MD to complain and he was very helpful and apologised. The car would be ready to view 11pm friday. I arrived and was given the keys and pointed where the car was. I had no interaction with a salesman. I requested a test drive which was no problem. So on my returned notice a couple of issues. Broken parcel shelf, no spare wheel ,no jack ,no pump for tubeless tyres. I was told all this would be done . I sat in the sales office not even offered a drink after my journey. I tried to chat to the salesman but all he was interesting in was answering the phone and dealing with customers on the pc. He got up and left me for about 10 mins on my own. He came so i finally negotiated £94 off the car which was hard work. He again said he would check. Left me hanging again. Finally 10mins later agreed but this was a joke now after the customer care i was given. I started to feel very unwanted and as if i was in the way. I filled the paperwork in paid the money. I asked if someone could look at the bluetooth as it wasnt working and was advertised as having. Told someone would look. 30 mins later still sat in the car nothing. I had no thankyou for my business no drink offered while waiting again. The salesman was rude ,arrogant very un helpful. So i left. Got home , no spare wheel no jack, and no bluetooth as its not fitted. It put a complete damper on my sons first car so now i have to sort this out. Ill never recommend them or use them again. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Bought and paid for the vehicle. Will not release the log book. Please if you are reading this avoid at all costs. I have a vehicle paid cash for it.. But unable to transfer private plate, because they will not transfer ownership. Now in touch with DVLA
Thought I had found myself a nice little car at a fair price. I was so wrong. On test drive I told ATSW that I thought there was a problem with the clutch. They agreed to look at it before delivery. Paid for delivery via their transporter but they forgot and drove it to me instead. Within a few miles of my first drive out in my new car the clutch started slipping. Several phone calls later (it felt like ATSW were ignoring me) they agreed to have their workshop replace the clutch. That should have been the end of it but no, their workshop appear unable to do a simple job. They failed to replace the drive shaft seal resulting in an oil leak. When given the car back again to do this, the replaced the drive shaft seal and put it in back to front. On top of this it became evident that there was insufficient oil in the gear box and the oil in the gearbox was not the appropriate quality – it was too thin. This resulted in damage to the gearbox and left me with no choice but to reject he car under the sale of goods act as they had failed to carry out the repair to a reasonable standard. This rejection was anything but simple. They initially seemed to ignore me then were insisting I return the vehicle to them but the Sale of Goods Act only required me to make it available for them to collect. Also they wanted to charge 45p a mile usage costs. While I accepted that an amount would be payable, 45p in the Inland Revenue rate including insurance and fuel – neither of which they paid! Also this was not a high end expensive vehicle it was a 10 year old second hand car. All I all this company is terribly difficult to deal with if you have problems. Happy enough to take your money but unresponsive to messages and phone calls. Their website also says they take credit cards but they insisted on bank transfer which meant I couldn’t use the credit card company to do a chargeback when I had all the problems.

Steve l in response to Caused so much stress!
They haven’t any trained mechanics imo . I bought a car drove off and the engine under tray was literally falling off . I had to turn around and drive back
Really disappointed ! Took 2.5 months to get a so say "fully refundable" deposit back for our 21 year old son. Didn't respond, even when a lawyer was enlisted. Buying his first car was not the exciting experience we were hoping. So glad we did not buy from this dealer.Be warned!

Absolutely horrendous . Don't deal with KYE . Mis-old the car , lied through his teeth. Taken me 3 months to get my full refund. No apology, just a simple oh dear we sold the car already and no sign of a refund. Then was told by Phil, I am not entitled to a refund. Nobody was fourth coming to solve the issues. constantly was told they not in and yeh we will process you a refund . Making a lot of pathetic excuses . Just felt angry and upset at there customer services. Then employ who was processing my refund left the company. A transaction before Christmas and only last week I managed to get my full refund!!! not good not happy!!!

Bernard Kirkpatrick in response to ROUGE TRADER: how can they even trade
Hi was this a white Range Rover evoque
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Utterly shocked and disappointed by the lack of customer service and honesty from ATSW. From the minute we bought the car we faced many issues including broken fuel cap, no handbook nor second key. They also falsely advertised the car saying it was tax free but it was in fact not. Within a week the stop light flashed up and for the past four weeks we have been without a car because they are unwilling to give us a refund, completely disrespecting our consumer rights. I am unsure why they have such good reviews on Autotrader, websites like this one are much more reflective of what they are truly like. Complete con men and liars.
