After being told my finance had been accepted, they left me chasing it for 4 days, apparently waiting for underwriter to sign it off. Then I was ignored on the 4th day when asking if they have come back to them yet. Decided to leave it. If this is before I have even purchased the car, can you imagine the hassle you would have to get any issues resolved after purchasing. AVOID

I've been waiting since June for getting my scratches on my car repaired. It's November and they keep asking and asking for imaged and measurements of damage which I've done so many times now and still not getting anywhere. The scratches have spread now because its just been left so long. Waste of money on this company my car should have been sorted straight away. It seems they are delaying the repairs so that they don't have to sort it. Disgraceful

We brought a bmw 1 series coupe lovely car inside and out. But Autortrust in Bristol are mugs. Said the car comes with with 3 month warranty on engine and gear box. The clutch needed doing which he said nothing was wrong LIES I paid 3000 for it and had to then spend 2100 on it on a clutch and other bits he said the gearbox is warranted I’ve contacted him he is ignoring my messages. Shame he didn’t ignore them when I was interested in buying the car couldn’t text back quick enough now he doesn’t want to know or pay me for the clutch that’s was 845 alone just got parts. FULL OF RUBBISH. I’m taking this further
