BUYER BEWARE!!!! I bought a car from Autovogue at the beginning of the year and travelled over 4 hours to get there. On the journey home I noticed an issue which I reported to Autovogue the next day. I kept sending emails and texting Josh but no one replied. Finally they told me to go via the RAC Warranty. I booked it into an approved RAC garage who tried to fix the problem, but the issue kept coming back. In the end we had to take it to an approved Land Rover Dealership. After 3 trips into Land Rover, the problem seems to be resolved. When the garage submitted their claim for the work, the RAC said the warranty had been exceeded and refused to pay the full amount. I went to Autovogue as, under the The Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Garage had the responsibility to fix the problem (they palmed it onto the RAC warranty instead). They refused to pay the outstanding bill, and offered less than half. I engaged with the Finance Company, Northridge, who were brilliant, and they agreed to settle the difference which was great, but it just meant that Autovogue have got away with it. Like others on here have said, buyer beware, I would never use them again and recommend to others not to either.

Don’t buy a car from here unless u want trouble. Very good at covering up things. They changed all the new alloys and tyres for second hand ones. In 2000 miles had to have new disc and brakes and the turbo went. I’ve lost thousands. Will never buy a car here ever again and will always go to a proper dealer now.

**** DO NOT USE **** My Experience using Auto-vogue is the following. Over the last few weeks I have been searching for a Range Rover Velar and came across a Velar on Auto Trader which was advertised by autovogue so I called them and booked an appointment to go view the car that I had seen online. when I arrived they explained that they don't actually have the car in stock they buy in Velars and modify them to my choice which isn't explained on Autotrader. so josh shown me around a base velar d180 and I test drove it and ofcorse all the way round he's using his sales tips as a salesman should. I currently drive a 3ltr and didn't like the feel of the d180 so I decided I wanted a d300 Velar. josh explained that they get cars in weekly and if I wanted a d300 I should pay a deposit of £1000 to secure the next one that comes in. After a few weeks of emailing josh and not really getting a response as I felt I hadn't paid the deposit I decided im going to pay the deposit as I couldnt find any other cars I liked. After paying the deposit of £1000 I felt my experience just went from bad to worse. giving me opinion of Velars which I think was overpriced but because I had paid a deposit I didn't really have a leg to stand on. ( baring in mind they have them listed on auto trader for a lot lower price) there customer service is terrible emails/whatsapp daily you can imagine paying a deposit of a THOUSAND POUND you would except responses but you get nothing back. I have now purchased a velar else where and I've asked them for a refund but STILL after asking a week ago for a refund I've had no response and no refund. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AS THEY DONT HAVE THE CARS IN STOCK.

After contacting autovogue about a car I was interested in, I was told someone would call me back but this didn’t happen. I called several further times before finally speaking to Rob to be told the car was sold - all other staff I had spoken to previously said they couldn’t sell me a car. Rob apologised and asked me to come into the showroom to see what else he had. When I arrived he had forgotten why I was there. He had a car I liked but again, this was sold before I got a chance to make an offer. Rob then said he would contact me to give me a price for my car and update me on anything else available. Again I had to chase him and then got offered a very low price. The lack of contact and customer service was very disappointing. I would be very concerned that the after sales service would be even worse and certainly wouldn’t consider buying a car from them. Mark Elkin, Sutton Coldfield.

Purchased a car from Robert at Autovogue. Excellent service from start to finish, a seemless process - even from 700 miles away! All COVID safe too. I am now the very proud owner of a stunning car!
In current covid situation Autovouge excelled in their communication and providing safe systems to ensure all transactions went ahead in a timely manner. Rob dealt with the sale and i feel went above and beyond in providing all relevant information and after care. Even offered a fair price for my car in exchange!! I feel it offers old fashioned values and service which is sadly missing in modern times when buying cars from large supermarket style dealers. I know where to look next time I need a car!! thank you

Rob at autovogue was one of the most genuine and helpful car sales man I have ever had to deal with, from the first phone call I made to picking up my new car he couldn’t have done anymore. The setup at autovogue is excellent and the finished car is amazing. I will definitely use again when I’m looking for a new car and can highly recommend autovogue.

I found a car on auto trader and communicated with Autovogue. Due a pandemic and national lockdown it wasn't the usual car buying experience. The service from start to finish has been fabulous. The car has just been delivered and I'm absolutely over the moon. The difficulties that arose throughout though no fault of Autovogue were rectified and I now have a beautiful A4 sitting on the drive.
