Having purchased my bmw from this so called Bmw specialist, “auto vogue” the dpf light came on straight away after the drive home. To which I was told is not covered under any warranty and I would have to foot the bill to rectify this problem my self. Their in house so called Bmw technician is full of excuses just to avoid fixing any of the issues which came to light in few days after having the vehicle, as I noticed the heated seat doesnt work, to which I was told my heated seat doesn’t work because Bmw drives complain of wet bottoms, which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard of. In my opinion auto vogue has worst customer service in the motor trade and very poor craftsmanship, from my personal experience, it should be auto-rouge specialist in selling faulty car,.

Very happy with my purchase through AVR. They done a top job with converting my car, extremely happy. Mike the Salesman was great and willing to go the extra mile.

I have just purchased a BMW 4 series M20.d with full AVR upgrade from Autovogue. I had previously purchased a 325i BMW from the dealership, and the Autovogue team have been excellent through out the process. We had kept the 325i for five years, and during the time the car was a pleasure to be driven. I have listened to many salesmanship waffle over the years, but here they are honest and listen to what you want from your car. I recommend the dealership to friends and family.

Just bought a BMW 4 series and absolutely love it. It was very simple dealing with Mike at Autovouge. Very helpful and really kept me updated on the process. I traded in my previous BMW and started a new finance agreement with them and they made it painless. I am now a converted AVR man and will more than likely get my next car from them as well. :)

Three weeks ago my brother purchased a BMW from Autovogue for 9 k however after the second week the suspension spring had broken my brother had done less than 500 miles in the car. The car was sold with a full years mot done by auto vogue. The car also had a leaking water pump as well this was covered under there £500 warranty which hardly seems worth while. The engine has a serious defect which is burning oil . However my brother then payed out of his own pocket and took the car to BMW it had several major this wrong with it and should of never passed an mot avoid this company and to day the phone got put down on me when complained.

I can mirror the 4 & 5 star reviews written here. The customer experience was first class. Stuart (MD) and Daniel both welcoming, courteous professional people are passionate about cars as I am. Having road tested the car I wanted, they processed the paperwork (V5 and road tax) in readiness of my collecting my prized Autovogue AVR badged BMW 420D M Sport – in white. Beautifully finished and in showroom condition the conversion bodykit really sets the car apart from the normal factory fitted body. I would have no hesitation in recommending Autovogue to anyone, friends or family, their quality cars are stunning, a must see. Yes, their cars are slightly more expensive but you’d expect to pay that bit extra having had the superb upgrade conversion surely! The whole customer service and ultimate experience deserves the justified 5 stars, no question. The car is already getting a lot of attention in the works car park, and it’s a joy to drive. Recently purchased a BMW 4 series M sport . Really happy with the car and the service I received at autovogue. While on site Stuart made me feel more than welcome and allowed me to fix all my insurance change over from their phone whilst he was sorting the finance out. Stuarts colleague "sorry cant remember his name then kindly fixed all my tax out. So that took the stress away from having to do it myself before leaving. Will definitely use Autovogue again in the future and would also recommend them to friends and family.
