This was my first time using Autoworld Faversham and it was a really positive experience. After purchase there was a issue with he battery, as soon as I made them aware within 2 hours they were at my house trying to resolve the issue. In a world were there isn't allot of customer loyalty anymore, Autoworld Faversham show this and it really does make the world of difference. The little actions do go a long way and I will be using them for services of the car in the future.

I have been buying cars from Chris and Graham for the best part of 15 years, they always look after you well. My most recent dealings with them, was to actually buy my part exchange back off them, I just missed it so much! They were fantastic as usual about it all and got it all sorted quickly.
