Perfect first time experience with the guys at this dealership. You never know what to expect with a dealership that you've not visited before, but it was a really good company to get a car from. It was the Renault Clio I drove away in and it's been a great daily car ever since. I've had no problems from start to finish.

Going from a Fiat 500 to an Audi A1 Sport has been a lovely change. Although there are some parts of the Fiat I miss, feeling unsafe while driving wouldn't be one of them. This was the first time I've bought a car from Autoworld Faversham but in the past I have been here a couple of times because my mum and dad have got cars from here. The service I received was brilliant! This was the first time I've had a car on finance and the salesman was so helpful at explaining everything and giving me all of the information I needed to know before going ahead with the car. Even after driving the car away I called the team up for a follow up question. They were understanding as to why I called and were happy to help.

I'm trying to drive my Jaguar F-Pace as much as I can but it's hard with how busy I've been with work but for the time I have driven it, it's been going well. Happy to give 4* until I get the chance to take the car on some longer runs.

There wouldn't be anything I'd change about my recent visit to this dealership while I was purchasing my Renault Megane. The service I received was perfect and if I could rate them higher than 5 then I would. The car is running lovely and for the couple of motorway trips I've done, it's been great to drive. I can't fault Autoworld Faversham.

Very happy with my experience at Autoworld Faversham. The team did everything they could to make it a good experience like answering all of my questions and offering a test drive. I bought the Hyundai i10 back in September and it's been great, I'm really enjoying it.

Definitely deserving of 5 stars because the Fiat 500 Pop has been great. The car was straight on the road and I've already put plenty of motorway miles on the clock, but it's been a great little runner. I can't remember who looked after me but the customer service was great and I have no complaints.
