Reserved the car online, 5 min later to be told that car is reserved/ sold to somebody else. Been promised refund and still nothing.( 3 weeks later) Stay away from them.

Arrived to find car I had planned to see was sold, rather than apologise for not offering a courtesy call or even just put it down to my decision not to leave a deposit, I was tackled twice about how it wasn’t Steve Fullers fault - he was rude and offered no form of service. Would have happily looked at alternative vehicles. Sale lost due to the worst service ever!

What fantastic service we have had. From the moment we enquired about the Nissan Juke we have bought - car salesman, Steve Scotford couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly. He sent a thorough video of the car as we lived an hour away. When we arrived Steve was so helpful and relaxed without being pushy and we felt so relaxed. He sorted everything we needed for our new car and made this experience a very easy, friendly one. 100% recommend buying from here and Steve Scotford is an asset to your company Mark abs Becky Bartram

bought my car on 28thjuly from autoworld.after a few days many faults discovered.The car salesman had twice denied the car had been in a collision.Booked the car for repairs on september 2nd and finally on september 17th the salesman confirmed the car had been in a collision.Got car back on tesday22nd september partly repaired while other faults have been overseen.First visit to Autoworld and MY LAST.Any decent garage would have repaired the car before putting it for sale instead of just patching up and hoping the customer doesn't find out.I would be very well aware!! l

Bought a Seat Ibiza with my son from Autoworld Willenhall. From the initial contact to the test drive, and the next visit when we collected the car, everything was smooth and professional. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff, not pushy. A pleasure to deal with. Special thanks to Steve Fuller who we dealt. Everything was so straight forward with these guys, no hidden extras, helpful all the way through the process including the part exchange we did.
I live in France and wanted to part-exchange my rhd car, which meant re-importing it and changing back to British plates. I contacted various dealerships, and got a classic Brexit response in most cases: silence, or 'oh no - we don't do anything like that!' But Steve Scotford persisted: he provided exactly the car I was looking for, waited a month while I arranged insurance, and had all the papers on hand the moment we arrived! I was so impressed that I mentioned to my daughter, who has now also bought a car from him, so I claimed my £100 reward! Many thanks, Steve, to all at Autoworld Willenhall!
