AVoid at all costs this company uses false advertising, they had a 2011 fiesta for sale and when i arrived to view it they were selling a different car for the same price, it was a year older, a different model and petrol not diesel as stated. The managers attitude is disgusting and will use all the excuses under the sun for their mistakes! I was told on the day that this was the only fiesta they had!
I bought a Renault Clio from Autoworld and the service was fantastic, Cal was particularly helpful in helping me buy my car. Unfortunately, after purchasing the car I realised there are a few issues with it. I took it to a local mechanic I know and he confirmed that the clutch was on its way out, the brakes are knackered and the handbrake was faulty (which was causing it to get jammed) this was causing the car to stall which is not only inconvenient but could also be very dangerous and cause an accident. I took the car back to Autoworld (with the car still very much into its warranty) and they refused to repair it or even acknowledge that there is a problem with it! So unfortunately I cannot recommend this trader. I will be taking the car back again and if they refuse to repair it it will be going back!
