Bought a car from here, within a few days it had noises coming from it, I called the dealership who was not interested at all. It is now leaking oil too. The car is no longer fit for purpose and I’m stuck paying for a car that I can not use. Even thou it’s under warranty the dealership is now no longer accepting my calls. I’ve had to contact trading standards and I believe (plus a mechanic that has looked over the car for me) the MOT is fake. Avoid this garage at all costs

Bought a vehicle of this company. Turned out they had pushed it through an mot and it "passed" but the same issues were still there. Vehicle was not fit for purpose. We had a courtesy car at least from them but waited for a month and the repairs were still not done. Got offered another car and the engine on that was knackered too! In short horrible company, poor customer service skills except Katie. Cars were not 100% road worthy. Company were not interested in the customer or how they we're effected by the horrible experience. Beth the assistant account manager was the rudest, most unhelpful and dam right unsympathetic, non supportive person I have ever had to deal with. Refusing to give details to form a complaint and/or details for her actual manager. She had my wife in tears!!!! I would avoid this company like the plague. WORST experience I have had in 50 years of my life.

Was reading other reviews and saw yours - Exact same issue - dodgy MOT, passed MOT on 28/08/2024 - on 05/09 I was meant to collect, Mark called to tell me alloys are cracked, they played it off that they cracked them that day doing a refurb - I bought it but it didn't make sense they'd be refurbing wheels which is a long process hours before I am due? None the less, rearranged to pick it up on 06/09, all is okay 13 days later every last drop of oil has drained out and I realise i've been leaving puddles everywhere, had a mobile mechanic out to look at it who said the oil sump isn't properly sealed and that it would've been a gradual failure which defiantly would've been there prior to the MOT and would've qualified as a excessive oil leak.... So excessive oil leaks and cracked mots are passing their test centres? Beth, who you mentioned - started shouting at me over the phone when I told her i'd reported her the testing centre too the DVSA, which screamed guilt.... guess i'm in for a wild ride with this one.
Brill service from baz bairstow. As promised I got the car on time and prepared as promised. Lovely car. Very polite staff and very professional service from bad from start to finish. No pressure sales

Collected the car to find out it had bo seal round the passenger door the horn dosnt work and there a crack on passenger window which we agreed would be fixed on 3rd of March and given us a courtesy car 2 days later we get pulled driving home from work at night because the headlights wasn't in line bare in mind this is what the car failed the mot and should have been dealt with phoned Katie again who gave us nothing but disgusting clever attitude saying to take it in but no courtesy car would be given because she don't need to well how about mot your cars correct and stop putting people family's at risk we need a car due to been key workers it would cost us 30 plus in taxis to n from work eatch !!! And she things her stinking attitude is needed are wanted what a disgrace we have let trading standards know and the newspaper and we will not leave it here

We bought our Nissan Note from here in December 2020. We were having huge difficulties as my husband’s medical drivers licence had expired ( which we were told by the finance firm that it wouldn’t be a problem) when we arrived at the car dealership to collect our car, all we needed to do was sign the relevant papers and drive away ( so we thought) but the underwriters would not accept my husbands drivers licence as it had expired in May 2020 even though on the DVLA website it stated that all expired medical licenses would automatically renewed for 11 months due to Covid 19. So we left with no car even after the manager and area manager had told the finance company that it was all on the DVLA website. After a few days I was able to renew my husbands license online, I then gave the details to Dave ( manager of Autozone) he had put the car on hold for us until it was all sorted. Within the week we had our new car delivered. I cannot thank Dave and his team enough for all of the help that they provided. Truely a professional service. We will be back
