Highly recommend 5* never did I think I could get a car on finance due to my appalling credit but cj did everything he could to help me 😁 and I now have my new car I applied Thursday and picked up my car yesterday x the staff are all so friendly and made me and my little boy feel so welcome no pushy sales I picked what I wanted x keep up the good work guys xx

Do not use Autozone UK. The floor staff are absolutely amazing and can not help you enough but once you get your car it all changes when you have to deal with after sales and even the managers there. They sold me a car that was faulty and I gave then chances to fix it but it was still faulty I even asked if the car could just be swapped for a different one but no so I attempted to reject it under the consumer rights act 2015 and was told to take it in so they could check the faults existed (which they did as rac had already checked it) and about 6 days later I get a call from them to say my new exhaust temperature sensor had arrived but they company had sent the wrong one and the correct one would be here tomorrow, I then told her that the car was not to be fixed and was only there to be checked to confirm that the faults was there as I was rejecting the vehicle to which she put the phone down the next day I get a call from the finance company stating Autozone had found no defects and that all it needed was a dpf regen and the car is now working fine so I could not reject the vehicle and is ready to collect, I new this was a lie as I had already been told about the fault and when I went to collect the car I checked and the exhaust gas temperature sensor had been changed as it was brand new and very clean compaired to the rest of the engine and it also now had black electrical plugs where as it previously had red ones as the rac guy had shown me what was at fault. I am now in the process of starting legal proceedings as this has been going on for about 3 months and I am left with a car I can not drive as it is in limp mode. I am not saying that every one will have this bad treatment as I'm sure there are many who are satisfied with them however this shows just how underhanded they can be and how they are very willing and ready to break the law once things don't go there way.

Bought a Mégane RS 265 from autozone uk ltd. Couldn't be more happy with the car although I have had things changed the servicing could of been done with the spark plugs but nothing bad at all. it runs spot on. The sales side from start to finish was 5* they couldn't help me enough. I had a difficult time with insurance and the lads helped me out. Thanks again lads.

Got a car last week from Autozone UK. They were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Could not fault the staff at all. as for the car. The worse and most expensive piece of rubbish I have ever bought absolutely hate the thing.. clutch gone, runs lumpy,,..if I could sell it tomorrow I would.

Excellent service from Autozone UK especially Dave and his team, he made us feel at home, he even entertained our daughter 10 years old. Arrived and Got car same day we are very very happy with the car. Couldn't ask for better service.

I called autozone uk and gave my info, within an hour I had an acceptance for finance, a member of staff sent info to come to offices, they were very clear about what I needed with me, they discussed my budget with me along with my circumstances and the member of staff Paul went above and beyond to get money off my chosen vehicle, ensuring I was well within the amount I wanted to spend. Also when my link to the finance company didn't work ti sign my paperwork Paul drove 40 miles to my home to get things finalised and secure my car. Now I'm waiting to pick it up. Great service, friendly and accomidating staff and the car was a lot more than I thought id get. No complaints at all, will be going back in a few years to get my next.

Went on website and was invited through within a couple of hours. Made buying our next car effortless. Paul was so helpful in fact the whole team was friendly. What a pleasent experience. Thanks guys. Recommend to anyone.

I bought a car last year from Autozone, I was very impressed with the friendly staff and my car was expertly valeted ready for me to drive away. I am that impressed with Autozone I even talked my husband into going there and again the staff remembered us and was very helpful and professional. He wanted a car quickly and he was driving away within 3 hours. Would highly recommend Autozone for a quick, friendly and professional service.
