After buying my 4th car from Autozone am still very happy with the polite and helpful staff. Am on my 4th car because of the high milage i do every day. My last car had a few problems. John and hanna got my car sorted out within the day plus i got a curtesy car which helped. All in all very happy customer and will probably get my next car from them.

I bought a V W Touran 1.9 Two years ago. it was well worth the money I payed for it. £ 4,000. It has cost me very little only regular maintainance work. I was totally happy with the service and attitude. I am still running it now, and have no intention of changing it. I recommended them to my friend and she bought a Honda Civic last year she's had no problems and is very happy with the car.

I left a refundable deposit for a car for my daughter over the telephone. The car was of such poor quality it had failed most of it's previous mot's so I requested my refundable deposit back as I did not want to proceed. Despite being covered by distance selling laws and entitled to cancel the deal anytime within 14 days the dealership refused to refund the deposit. For anyone having issues with cars from these people please remember used car legislation has changed and you can reject the vehicle within certain circumstances. People who sell shoddy cars at rip off interest rates should be closed down as they are only making people's situations worse.

Hi Jon, please accept my sincere apologies regarding this matter, it was before the business was put under totally new management and the sales person that you dealt with has been removed from the business. We are sorry that you had a bad experience and wish you all the best for the future.
I bought a 5k car in April 2014, which broke down 31 days after sale, almost causing a serious collision as it involved a complete power failure, leaving me with no brakes or steering. Autozone then had it 'on the ramp' for 23 days after initially refusing to acknowledge any responsibility. They claimed to have fixed it, but after telling me that it had failed again and that they did not know why. I arranged for an independent inspection which highlighted a major ECU problem, confirming it unsafe to drive and potentially up to 2k repairs. At this point Autozone refused to take phone calls from me. I took them to small claims. By now I was in more than 10k debt having been forced to hire a car for a few weeks, incurring court costs of more than £400, and then having to buy another car to get me to work. Eventually I won in court in February 2015, and Autozone was ordered to refund and pay my expenses. During the court proceedings Mr Gardiner (director) asked for the company name to be adjusted to Autozone Yorkshire from Autozone. 13 days later 'Autozone Yorkshire' was dissolved and the court order was ignored, although he continued to trade as Autozone Yorkshire. My receipts were for Van & Car Wakefield and for Car and Commercial Batley, which we have since discovered the latter no longer exists. I took the case back to court and he eventually paid up the afternoon before the court case... and the car was finally returned to Autozone 364 days after purchase.

Autozone UK has been under new management since 2015 and I am sorry we cannot comment on anything that happened prior to this date as there is no one here that was here back then.
I bought a car from Autozone Yorkshire and I had it 3 weeks when the suspension went on the passenger side. I informed the company and was told to take it to Horbury. I couldnt get it there because it couldnt be driven and there was no offer of a tow truck. In the end I had to take it to another garage to get it mended and was told by a member of staff there was nothing they can do. Total rip off, would never go there again.

I paid £4000 for my car from Autozone Yorkshire, a car dealer in Wakefield. 17 days ago I was told the car only had one minor fault a lose strip on the boot. The car has been in their garage for 17 days undergoing repairs which were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase I am informed the particle filter had broken up and a piece is missing some where in the car? Autozone UK Ltd, 129 Doncaster Road, Wakefield, WF1 5DY. 9th March 2015 Dear sir, My contract with Autozone UK Ltd was for the purchase of one Citroen Picasso C4, with one minor repair to the boot, one MOT and a collection date 25/2/2015 agreed also with your sales manager David. I understand that for the last 17 days after purchase the vehicle has been undergoing extensive repairs, repairs I was not informed about at the time of purchase. I regret to inform you that Autozone UK Ltd have broken their contract as set out above and I therefore ask for immediate refund of £4120 the price I paid for the vehicle
