DO NOT buy a car from here! We have no logbook with our car when we have approached available car they said basically deal with it yourself. We have an ongoing complaint with a number of issues and even the manager doesn't return calls, we are now going to trading standards. They are a disgrace! UPDATE!!!! We are now taking available car through trading standards after they have forged my husbands signature on paperwork! It has taken us 4 months to receive our logbook, in march when we asked available about selling the car back to them they assured us they would honour the price offered once we had received the logbook now we have it they claim we signed to say we took responsibility for the logbook and it is not their mistake therefore will not honour the price! I will put the pics in the comments so everyone can see how low this company will stoop! The date on the form is even a week before we brought the car, available claim this is how they work, who gives out a logbook for a £25000 car that hasn't been paid for?! The excuses are laughable, the customer service is shocking please share this post to stop others being conned the same way we have.

So glad I saw all the responses. Earlier tonight I had chosen shortlist of 14 cars and asked was it okay to visit this Saturday, but I think I wont bother now. cheers folks.. David 4th May 2020

my son had the same problem with a log book ,he never receeived and they made out itwas his fault.Strangely enough when the car was supposed to be repaired by them in the workshop he recived a penalty charge notice.They had taken the car on test drive over 250 miles !!! stay away from these liars and cowboys.We rejected the car and whilst w were on site 5 other customers were doing the same thing,all of us were angry and had unbelievable tales to tell about this companys so called aftersales service and warranty
