I felt good from the first phone call I made to Avon Valley Garage in which Dave took my call. I seen the car I wanted to look at online and made plans to take a look and they made it very easy for me to say yes to the car I liked, they were very helpful and no way pushy everything about the place was fantastic and simple. I received excellent service from Avon Valley Garage. The salesman somehow made buying a car enjoyable, he was funny, laid back and easy to get on with. The car is brilliant, it had all its paperwork, full service history and manual and was excellent mileage for the price. I've already recommended them to a few of my colleagues.

Everything went well at Avon Valley Garage, I did have a fault with the car but the dealership were very good at rectifying the problem, it took a little while as the parts were back ordered but the car is now running exactly as it should.

I bought a car from this garage (Avon Valley Garage Saltford) and had constant problems with everything possible. The staff was unpleasant and didn't resolve the issues. I had to sell a car after only 3 months from my purchase. Avoid.

Who is this customer? what are the details? It seems strange to me you publish a review without the customer leaving name or what car it was.We sell a lot of cars have been here for 30 years this Feb 2016.We also sell some of our part exchange cars (we call them back wall clearance cars)for clearance money,these customers are encouraged to have a mechanic look at them or take them to their local garage for an inspection.i can only think that this review we have been given must be someone who spent very little and expected a lot. We try our best but sometimes you can sell a car to someone with the winning lottery ticket in the glovebox a pint of are own blood and they still are not happy!
I recommend Avon Valley Garage. The whole service was brilliant from start to finish. Price could have been better though and this is the only part they lost on a mark on. I am very happy with my BMW since I have had this and we are talking nearly 4 months since I bought it.
