I bought my Focus ST3 a few weeks ago and must say that Bob at AW was excellent. He helped me through the whole process from getting me a very good finance deal to arranging a very quick turn around for collection. The car looks amazing. I would highly recommend AW Carhouse. It is a very daunting task buying a used car. My past history dealing with used car salesmen hasn't been great at all. AW CARHOUSE made my experience worry free and as promised resolved all cosmetic issues with the paint work before purchase. I will use them again in the future. Thank you guys.

I was buying a car for my son who lives too far away to view the vehicle himself. Bob went above and beyond, taking close photos of the car, including tiny chips etc. He was really friendly as are all the sales staff, without being pushy. He spoke to my son on the phone detailing absolutely every everything. All the little problems ( and they were just a few tiny issues) were made good, and when we finally collected the car it looked as good as new. Exceptional customer service, endless patience and outstanding professionalism. I can't thank you enough and have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending AW CARHOUSE and I will definitely go back when looking for another car.
