Having searched for a Skoda Fabia SEL for some weeks I found one at AWC. Right colour and year but 150 miles away! A telephone call resulted in an excellent description and information about the car, plus emailed photographs, and an assurance that if I purchased the car, including a part exchange on my Nissan, it could all be completed on the same day. The staff on arrival could not have been more helpful, the car exactly as described, and after a test drive, I drove away with my new car. I would give AW Carhouse a 5* rating.

Would recommend this car garage to any of my friends and family. All staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I rang up about a vehicle. All staff was very helpful with any questions you have after sale and nothing seemed to be too much hassle. I've heard some garages are it interested once they have your money but this defiantly isn't the case with this one ! One very happy customer, thanks !

Over the moon with these guys. My family have had 3 cars from them now, the first 2 have been absolutely faultless, but the 3rd is the one that has driven me to write a review. We had a couple of 'teething' problems with our latest car after owning it for about 2 months (one of the windows stopped working and we had a light appear on the dash). We contacted Carhouse with these issues, and the car was booked into the garage the NEXT day, and both faults were rectified under warranty and the car returned to us the same day. I am a big believer that businesses should be judged not when things are going right, but when they are presented with issues, and Carhouse have passed with flying colours in my opinion.
