Unfortunately I have had to revise my review score from 5 to 1 star based on a multitude of issues that were never sorted within the 6 month warranty period ( which incidentally only covers vehicles up to 70k miles and was therefore useless on my vehicle which stood at 75k miles on the day of purchase). During my first 6 months of ownership the vehicle spent over 2 months at AWB having issues supposedly resolved but in actual fact masked. I returned the vehicle for several issues including an oil leak (resolved on the second attempt), failed rear bearing (reaolved), electrical gremlins including non-functioning air conditioning ( never resolved and now quoted £400 by BMW to resolve), creaking suspension ( I resolved myself having returned the car 4 times with no success - cost incurred to me £700 including parts, labour and setup), faulty alternator which I was told wasn't covered under warranty ( cost to me £400 for a service exchange unit which I installed to avoid labour charges), 4 wheel alignment which had supposedly been done 2 months ago ( completely seized on the cam at pins and arms rusted through - cost to me £480 parts and £150 alignment fees). Others areas for concern were the vehicle having four mixed tyres, I should have checked but when the guy tells you its had new tyres and you turn up to view in the dark i stupidly took his word for it, the extended warranty which I paid £150 for and was never extended (Still waiting for refund), penetrating oil applied to worn bushes to prevent the creaking suspension previously mentioned......the list goes on. I would be happy to share my Google timeline and WhatsApp communication between AWB and I if anybody would like clarification on my comments above.
I recently purchased a car from AWB Motor Company and they couldn’t have been more helpful. From Andy’s initial greeting on the phone through to Cameron’s assistance on the test drive, my experience was made a whole lot easier. I will definitely be returning in future.

I bought a Kia in march this year (2017) and my daughter in law bought a peugeot in march this year (2017) and also my mother-in-law just bought a Chevrolet (November 2017) my son has also had a couple of cars from AWB over the years. All of us are more than happy with the service provided by AWB. The after service is second to none. Any niggle's or problem's are soon sorted out. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would have no problem buying from these again. Highly recommended.
Couldn't be happier with my BMW from AWB Motor Company. When I came to collect it, it had Brand new tyres and was in amazing condition. It's a really brilliant car and I have had no issues with it at all. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a Vauxhall Insignia from here back in July. The car runs well and I have had no major issues with it. The dealer was helpful and friendly and the car was good value for money. I would recommend.

Terrible experience. Sold car that had a problem that should have been identified before being sold. Was told it was being "sold for a mate" Wanted to fraudulently claim on RAC warranty was told to drive it round for 2 weeks with the fault so they wouldn't get suspicious! My trusted mechanic advised not to drive it as it could cause a severe accident in worst case scenario. I have young children! In the end returned vehicle and claimed full refund under Sale of Goods Act. I would never recommend this dealership after my experience I don't trust them or their mechanics.
The car they sold me was falsely advertised as having service history and in a poor condition. The vehicle requires quite a bit of work and the DVLA have said it should have failed an MOT test. Taking legal action for the mis-selling of this car and poor condition of the vehicle.

The car when I bought it from AWB Motor Company had a problem that should have been identified before I drove it away. Its not good enough really they should have checked all this before selling the car its not fair the expense is too high buying a car so it should be quality, not good enough im afraid and so I wont be recommending them.

I purchased a Volkswagen Polo this year from AWB Motor Company in Dukinfield. I thought they were excellent all around and would like to single out the salesman who looked after me called Jordan, he was great and very helpful.

When visiting AWB Motor Company in Dukinfield I was overly impressed with the service I received. The car needed some small repairs, which they booked for the week after I picked up, I was given a curtsey car for the time my car was with them, and the repairs took less time than expected and I picked it up 3 days before planned. The car is brilliant, the staff were really helpful. I felt comfortable and at ease when purchasing the car. I certainly recommend others to use this dealership.
