ASM had two parts to them one side was peddling but the sports side were amazing The peddlers ripped off customers at the cost of the sports dealership I wouldn’t get into business with these peddlers I hope the sports dealership picked themselves up whose cars were immaculate specific and there selling techniques were brilliant - truthfull
How are Aylesbury Street Motors still trading. Shocking experience wish i could give a zero. Took me two weeks to get most of my money back. When i got the car home the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I asked for my money back they said no. i Kicked up a fuss and eventually got it. AVOID
Been looking for a car for a while. Everytime I go in to look at cars at ASM There level of service is shocking. Won't be buying from ASM.
ASM Performance are nothing more than disgraceful in their business practice of supposedly selling quality performance motor cars but are in fact very very shadey people selling vehicles with fundamental flaws without declaring such faults or giving any care whatsoever after a transaction has been completed. We bought a vehicle from them but before even driving it away from their business premises discovered a significant fault with the vehicle. We instantly requested our monies back but were met with an inhospitable attitude. After a heated discussion the majority of the money was returned but they refused to return our initial deposit in full asking that the log book which had been electronically done through the DVLA be returned once received and at that point further monies would be returned to ourselves. The log book was return by recorded delivery within a week but to date no monies regarding deposit returned. I have advised them that this is a criminal activity under the sale of goods act and that as the deposit was taken by card it is now actually credit card fraud as monies have not been returned. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS AND ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS.

I don't often write reviews, however 3 weeks ago I purchased an Audi S5 from ASM Perfomance cars, My wife got an excellent trade in deal and the after care from Steve and the others has been second to none. I would highly recommend this garage and over the years I have had dealt with many garages but this is top notch. The garage also provided a soft search for motor credit that let me know if I was able to get the best finance deal without effecting my credit file. Credit where credits due.

AVOID Aylesbury Street Motors! I purchased a BMW 1 series convertible HJ58 HBZ at the end of November 2017 and Azair (Owner) couldn't have been nicer. However 2 days after buying the car the engine was 'missing' intermittently. I contacted him and he asked me to return it to be fixed (120 mile round trip), which I did. The plugs were replaced and but the fault remained, I was asked to return it again which was another 120 mile round trip at my expense both time and financially. This time the cam shaft sensor was replaced. The fault continued so under my right of 'early return' under the Consumer Law Act I explained to Azair I wanted to return the car for a full refund as I had lost faith in the car. He asked if I would return the car on a Sunday and collect the following Thursday and depending on their findings they "may" give me my money back. How he expected me to be without a car for 4 days when I work and had told him on numerous occasions I needed a car to commute. Anyway I lost patience and took him through the small claims court process, whilst Trading Standards said they would investigate him as he was acting outside of Consumer Law by not taking the vehicle back for a full refund within the first 28 days. A couple of months passed and mediation took place and after an initial low offer which I declined it was agreed I would receive a full refund! The day of the car being returned I saw a different side to Azair, I went on my own as I was confident in my own ability but oh how Azair didn't like the fact a woman had challenged him. Rather than be a gentleman and admit his garage had sold a car with a defect he became extremely challenging, aggressive and generally really unpleasant to the point I called my husband and just got him to hold on the line. Azair continued to 'goad' me for a reaction but I just kept reminding him I had WON and it was him who was legally bound to return all my money. I would advise anybody to AVOID dealing with this 'boy' as his expensive cars are clearly where he invests and his day to day cars are simply not suitable for hard working individuals that buy on trust. A 2 month process but worth every minute just seeing how angry he was at having to give me my money back even if he was less than dignified in defeat :o)

Wish I had seen this site prior to purchasing a car from them, terrible experience, car is faulty and they won't take responsibility. is it possible to let me know the solicitor you used?
Purchased a 320i here. All seemed acceptable on test drive - it worked well, no warning lights. Within a week the main feed to the fuse box had melted (the AA said it was a pre-existing issue). The (verbal) response from ASM was 'couldn't you fit a new fusebox yourself - it can't be that hard?'. Got the AA to transport it back. ASM say 'we've fixed it!' how I ask - we pushed the wire in. Not a proper fix - OK to move it around a yard but not a lasting fix. I tried to reject the car by recorded mail - they ignored this. Over the phone I'm told they don't do refunds (I mention the 2015 consumer rights act but they don't seem to have heard of it). Then I get a verbal offer of 4/5th the purchase price. Put it in writing, I ask - no luck there. I've passed this to the card company/ bank to sort out. Looking on the brighter side, no-one was killed/ injured when the car came to an unexpected stop when all power/lights were lost. The actual company behind ASM is Noor Motor Traders Ltd.

poor service ,car not vaqleted on arival, petrol light on engine light on,newly rebuild engine with full check over (not done)as no coolant in engine after driving, oil light on, the list goes on & on & on,never buy a car from these guys i then rang about repair to be done as i bought the car with no guarantee as i live in ireland a warranty would be no use to me as it needed to be repaired in their garage, when i got home it cost me a total of 386euro for repairs as there garage did not rdo there job correctly, when i rang the garage on the monday they were more concrened about the 3% they charge incorrectly on my card & not about my car, then they said the costing of the repairs that it had cost me would be the same as the 3% they dident charge me it think they should have refunded me the repair cost,i would have loved to speek to the owner as i have a company in ireland & i would have liked to he this from my customers, never again would i deal wuith this garage,if i got my repair refunded i would think about it

I bought a car from Aylesbury Street Motors and it was a good car. There was something odd though that they could not get the log book so kept delaying the sale. Eventually it arrived and I bought the car. A few years later I went to trade in the car and was told that there was an HPI flag on it. It caused a lot of stress for our family. Eventually we resolved it but it is disappointing to be sold a car with an HPI flag. Surely they would have checked and sorted this out before selling the car to us ?
i drove down to Aylesbury Street Motors as i was in the area and saw on their website they had a few supercars for sale (911 gt3rs,458 italia) and being an avid car spotter saw it as an opportunity for a good photo! to my surprise when i got there none of the cars on their website were there and the showroom was filled with cars not belonging to them including a lexus LFA, A lamborghini aventador miura edition and a gallardo which were all owned by other people as i follow the owners on social media and i expect they were using these cars for show to draw customers in! also revving cars in the showroom to show off which was very unprofessional and damaging the cars as starting from cold and then revving the nuts off them damages the engine!
